Customer Review: Good product, good customer service

We bought the bundle me for our daughter in Novermber. She loved it and we had no problems with it. I even washed it a couple of times with no problems. In February, one side of the zipper broke. We weren't sure what had happened. I contacted the customer service at JJ Cole and received a prompt reply. After explaining what happened, they gave me an RA# and I sent the bundle me back and received a new one the following week. I don't own a Bundle Me yet, just trying to figure out whether it's worth buying. I've seen very controversial statements on the safety of the Bundle Me product on this site and decided to do some research.
Medi-Smart.com, an online resource for nursing career advancement, lists Bundle Me as one of their recommended Child Safety Products. See http://medi-smart.com/carseat.htm, at the bottom of the page. So far it's the only independent source of safety information about Bundle Me that I found, but it seems like it can be trusted. Hope this helps...
Customer Review: Must have for winter babies!

I absolutely LOVED the Bundle Me for my daughter who was born last November. It is a great layering piece and keeps the baby nice and cozy. I didn't like the winter covers that laid over the baby's face....this covers them all the way up to their chin, put a hat on and your ready to go. For the extremely cold winter days I just put a fleece snuggle suit on for the extra layer. When the baby is sleeping and you get the infant seat inside, you can easily adjust the covering so they don't overheat. We got this as a shower gift and loved it. There is a slit in the top that I can not figure out what it is used for. We have discovered that our daughter get's her head in that slit and it has worn a patch of her hair off in the back from it; Today she got her head wedged in this slit and it went over her head to her forehead and she was screaming while the nanny was driving.
If someone came explain to me what this slit is for at the top of this and how we can eliminate this problem I would be thrilled. My e-mail address is mcap1996@sbcglobal.net

We are really pleased with this purchase. With this being our first winter with our first child, we were totally confused about what the baby should wear. We bought the traditional snow suit, but when our daughter was placed in it she fussed and cried the whole time. We purchased the Bundle Me and she loves it. It is so simple to get the baby in and out. There is no need for the bulky clothes or extra layers. We put a sweater on her and put her in. She doesn't over heat so she is comfortable when we are in the car. It is wonderful for those cold NY days.
