I had been using a small basket to carry my baby around my house, but she outgrew it, so I started looking at Moses baskets as a replacement. I was hesitant to order an expensive basket online without being able to examine it, so I decided to get this once since if it didn't work out I would only be throwing away thirty dollars. The basket has decent padding along the bottom, and pretty much looks just like its picture. The sun hood sticks on with velcro, which is visible but holds the hood fairly solid. The basket is somewhat floppy and deforms easily. Overall, I have found it very suitable for its purpose and feel that it has been worth the thirty dollars I paid for it.Customer Review: Hooded Baby Basket Carrier

I ordered this for a friend's daughter and her new baby. It is very well made and made in the USA which pleased me greatly. I wasn't sure just how the hood attached, but that is something the new owner will deal with, and there are instructions with the carrier. The hood will afford the use in a very sunny room. It is supposed to hold up to 15 lbs., which makes the use of the carrier limited for babies, but it could be used for other purposes I am sure. All in all I was pleased with the value, the quality and the appearance of the basket. It is really cute.Customer Review: Very cute and inexpensive

I ordered this Moses basket as my great grandson was coming for a visit. I needed a small bed for him to sleep in while here. This Moses basket was so cute and filled the need for him during their visit.
After my order the basket arrived in excellent shape and was easy to put together. After attaching the hood the basket flared out which was good so he could have more rooms.
Now that the visit is over I can use this little basket for many other things when having a party or more great grandchildren to come.

I received this basket as a gift and I am thrilled with it. It is so pretty and handy! It is lightweight and convienient, I will be able to move it through the house so my newborn can sleep where I am working. It's convient enough to load in the car and take along when visiting, so the baby can have a familiar spot to chill out and take a nap when he's over-stimulated or just plain sleepy.
One con to it is that the hood velcro needs to be watched or the hood wants to come off. But other than that, I love it and would've payed the price for it myself!

it is very convenient. I have it next to my bed at night and in the morning I take it with me down stairs. You must place it on a hard surface because the baby will role on his/her side and that can cause SIDS. I put it on the bed with me and my baby was on his side so I did what the manufacturing recommended and put the basket on a hard service. The look of the basket looks a bit cheap and it doesn't look straight but it actually is straight when you place your baby in it. overall, it is a great item to have especially if you have a two or 3 story house.
