As a father of triplets I feel uniquely qualified to give the sleep sack an accurate review. I'm not sure if we would have survived without it and we used small, medium, and large versions as they grew from a few weeks to a year old.
Blankets aren't safe to use with young babies, but it is still important to keep the little ones warm and comfortable. These do the trick and are easier to manage than constantly wrapping them.
I'd recommend to Halo that they upgrade their zippers. After significant use one in three malfunction making it difficult to suit up a wiggling infant.

My daughter sleeps in a halo sleep sack for every nap and every night - we swear buy them. We have several in different colors and patterns. I bought one of these when my son was about 4 months old and my only regret is that I didn't buy one sooner! We were trying to swaddle him in a blanket, but he didn't like having his arms confined and would wiggle the blanket loose on his legs. It was a very hot summer and we had the A/C on and he kept waking up cold. I finally bought one of these and it worked so well that I immediately went back for another. When he was ready for the next size up, it was winter so I bought the fleece ones which are wonderful as well. Now he's 13 months old and he still sleeps in a Sleep Sack. These are so worth the price!! I can sleep at night knowing that he won't get tangled up in his blanket or kick it off (which is the real concern at this point). The large is getting a little snug on him so I'm going to go up to the XL (hard to find in the store, but Amazon has them). Can't recommend these enough!Customer Review: love it

My baby has really sensitive skin and this was the only thing we found that we could use to keep her warm and not cause any rash. 100% cotton goodness! We love this!
