i love this product! i dress my baby in long sleeve/long leg all-in-one PJs, then place him in the sack. he stays nice and warm all night and can roll around the crib as much as he likes!! although i try to avoid diaper changes at night, if it is necessary the zip make it easy to change him without waking him up too much. it is super easy to wash with all his clothes and dries well in the dryer (i use the low heat setting). This product helps my colicky baby sleep through the night, especially since she can't kick off the blankets. I highly recommend it. Sizing is different than baby r us. I'm probably going to have to do some exchanges so thought I'd provide info.

I used this product when my son was young (under 6 months) and found it a welcome relief from unwrapping and re-wrapping him in blankets when he needed changes in the night (it was turning into something akin to an all-night burrito stand!).
I also bought one for my nephew. It was ideal for him because he has a clubbed foot and regular footed sleepers would not fit!!!

As we all know, you're supposed to put your baby to sleep on his back to help prevent SIDS. The SleepSack is a great product! It keeps baby nice and warm, yet you don't have to worry about a blanket. And there's space down in the bottom for his feet so he's not too restricted. Also, the great thing is that it zips from top to bottom, so you don't have a big zipper poking baby in the face.Customer Review: Lifesaver!!!

This was the reason my son slept any length of time at all during his first winter. I put him in his first Halo at 2 months and he loved it. Very cozy and warm. He is now 22 months and I am thinking about a big kid one for this winter :)
