This diaper pail is pretty good. I like the hands free feature a lot. I also like that it uses plain old trash bags instead of refills like the diaper genie. It does hold in odors a lot better than genie, but the only thing is that when it opens for the diaper some smell does escape into the room. It's only a little smell not like the smell that comes out when you change the bag. Watch out for that it's really bad. Overall I'm happy with this one.Customer Review: Neat Mechanism

I really like this pail. The touch free feature is awesome. Takes regular trash bags. I didn't give it five stars because I think that it would've been relatively easy to surround the rotating mechanism with a soft gasket thereby doing a better job sealing the odor. I still recommend it to anyone considering a diaper pail.Customer Review: Didn't last long

Within a few months the lid stopped opening so we had to do it manually. At this point even that doesn't work. Always had problems with jams (if you put an empty wipes package in forget it!). This was my first pail so I thought they all must smell but I've learned, no it was that one! Wouldn't bother.

The product is very durable. However, Graco no longer makes this product and I do not know about a future replacement. It is also difficult to find replacement filters for all the customers that have purchased this product. That doe not seem right for the customers that purchased this product.
