Customer Review: Great at first then awful no cust. service

We bought this when my son was five months and not yet setting up. We wanted something bigger than a regular travel play yard so when I am cooking he has a place to play.
At first all was well, with in a month the plastic on the corners began to crack and break. He wasn't even pulling himself up yet so this was ridiculous! Emailed graco... NO REPLY... emailed again... NO REPLY... emailed a third time... NO REPLY.
This play pen, to me, would be considered unsafe! We have ended up covering the four plastic corners with duct tape b/c of the plastic breaking off in small pieces that are choking hazards. Another draw back ... the cover on the padded bottom does not come off to wash!
Definitely would NOT buy this product again... especially since Graco doesn't back up their product!

This playpen is another great item from Graco. Fun colors for infants that will catch their attention. It has enough room for babies to play into. Each sides has colors for eye coordination and activities that they can explore once inside the playard. Another plus thing is the sturdiness and can be easily transported from my house going to grandma's and so fort. The bag is really helpful when carrying it. At first, my daughter feels awkward while inside, (cause she might feel that she's alone), but gets used to it and enjoys it now every single day. Now, I can leave her there, seeing her through the mesh without worrying that she might fall or get dirty stuff. If you are looking for a playpen that is useful for a long time, you can't go wrong in buying this. Thanks Graco and of course, Amazon! I wasn't sure if I really wanted a play pen for my 7-month old, since I knew others considered it a way to "confine" babies and limit their opportunities to explore, but I overcame that thought and bought this. I am so glad I did!! He loves it! The mesh walls offer him enough visibility of me while I'm fixing his meals or doing stuff in the kitchen, and he loves the toys on the walls. I placed several of his toys in it, so he'll sit and play for a while until he's ready for something else, or until I'm ready to feed him. It's very portable, and easy to assemble. I wish the bottom was a little more firm since he stands up and loses his balance easily, but it's not a huge deal. I would recommend this to anyone as a way to provide a safe place for the baby to hang out for a little while when necessary.Customer Review: The best ever!

I bought this, after only seeing it online. I was hoping that it was as large as it looked and it was. I use this playard just about every day, we take it when we go places like playing tennis, my daughter sits in it with her mega legos and plays, the toys that are on the inside, sides of it are wonderful. I was very surprised with how much my toddler wants to go into it. She loves to play in it and very rarely gives me a hard time. The ease of floding it and setting it up is wonderful. It isn't really too heavy either but a little akward in length when carrying it. The mattress wraps around the outside of it and fastens together and displays a handle for easy carrying. All around I have to say this is a wonderful purchace and an awesome product! I would deffenetly recomend it!

We have this one and love it. My son typically doesn't like a pack and play or even to be in the crib too long. But, it is great for those days when they are small and you want to be outside at an outing and don't want to have to sit and hold your child all day. When my son was a little baby, we pulled out the mat and hooked up the toy dangler and he was amazed for hours. My son is now 14 months old and we recently took a 3 day vacation and took it along. We set it up in the hotel room and it worked perfectly. It also saved us the money of having to rent a crib at the hotel. He likes all the animals on the sides. Not to mention, what a dream to put up and take down. We have an older model pack and play and it is very hard to get the sides up and down. This one is so easy! Highly recommend.
