Baby Products Reviews of Graco TotBloc Pack 'N Play with Carry Bag, Bugs QuiltCustomer Review: Bright, fun, but not perfect Summary: 5 Stars
I bought this play pen because it was the ONLY one I could find in bright colors (one more brown baby item and I'll scream).
PROS.
Bright colors
Fun activity toys included
Large / room for kid to move
Easy set up
Compact storage
Great safe place for daytime naps
Great for outdoors - bright colors help keep track of its location
Easy to move around once set up.
CONS.
Heavy
Trouble reaching center of pen.
If you are under 5 foot 5 or are plus sized person you'll have a hard time reaching a child laying in this. Or in reaching the center tab to collapse it. I also have a hard time reaching toys in the middle (I'm 5 foot tall and my mother is under 5 foot and a plus size, but my tall buff husband has no problems).
Customer Review: Wonderful Product Summary: 5 Stars
I purchased this item in November 2009. Our son was 4 months old and we needed something for him to sleep in for our trip to visit my family. It is easy to pack up, carry, and set up! My son loves the bright colors and the activities. He really likes the lady bug that rattles. He also likes the butterfly crinkle sounds. Now my son is 10 months old and he still loves the play pen.
This play pen is square instead of a rectangle, which is what I wanted. It has more room than the rectangle pack and plays. My friends kids love it too. I have a hard time keeping them out of it, they are too big to be in it.
The mat is easy to wipe down with a damp cloth, just make sure you let it dry over night, otherwise baby might get damp.
All in all, this is a wonderful product and your baby will love it.
Customer Review: My favorite play yard EVER! Summary: 5 Stars
I have owned several play yards (we have 6 kids), and NONE of them have ever held up to more than one child. Since I am expecting #7, I went on the hunt for the perfect playpen. I found it!! This is without a doubt the sturdiest, most well-made play yard that I have ever seen. It sets up VERY easily right out of the box, and both little ones we have now just adore the toys/graphics on the mesh sides and all the bright colors. It is quite a bit larger than, say, a regular graco pack-n-play - this one is square. My 2yo & 9mo can both play in this at the same time without getting crowded at all! The floor is super-sturdy (even my 11yo can get in it without it bending any!!), and the mat that goes in the bottom is thicker than any other play yard I've found. Well worth the money, in my opinion - I'd gladly purchase this again!
Customer Review: Great but not very portable Summary: 4 Stars
This product is very well made and our 6 month old daughter loved to play in it, especially playing with the attached bug toys, BUT we had a hard time getting her to sleep in it because she was too stimulated. It is too bad that the bugs are not detachable. The downside is that this Pack n Play is not very portable once assembled since it is too large for most doorways and does not have wheels. Since I have a bad back I had to exchange it for something more portable and ended up with the Jeep Trak Travel Easy Playard. It is very portable and is great for sleeping but not nearly as fun for playing. Bottom line, this Graco Pack n Play makes a great stationary play pen but not very good as a crib or for moving from room to room.
Customer Review: Best Pack & Play ever! Summary: 5 Stars
I bought this Pack 'n Play after seeing it at someone's house. What impressed me was its larger size- I had never seen one this big. It is a 3 foot square. Our daughter had quickly outgrown the smaller pack and play (standard size) and we needed something for her to sleep in at Grandma's house, while we travel, etc. She does not sleep well in the bed with us, plus this way we can put her down for a nap on her own and not worry about her rolling off a bed while visiting someone else's house. She is 26 months old and tall for her age (at least 36 inches) and still sleeps very comfortably in this pack and play. It is very sturdy and we have even used it for time-outs when necessary. We just recently bought a second one to leave at my parents' vacation house. Absolutely no complaints... travels well & sets up easily.
