Customer Review: Great Dropside Crib

We've been using this crib for three months now, and it works great. My husband and I put it together a week before we were due (baby came five days late anyway) with no problem, though I don't think I could have done it by myself pregnant. We did use a power driver to save time and effort.
The crib is sturdy, but when you pull up the side, it makes a loud clunk, and you have to double check by pushing down on the side to make sure it's latched because sometimes the side stays up even when it's not locked in place. Overall, it's a very nice crib; I'm very satisfied. I'd give it a 4.5 stars, so I'm giving a 5-star rating so that the ranking will average out to be about that.

It's been about a year now and the crib is still going strong. Our boy rattles the sides and tries to climb out, but it holds. You do have to make sure to put the side up securely if you are leaving your child in there... that's just the nature of a dropside crib. He has also gnawed on the rails and head board, going through the finish and leaving teeth marks, but I think it's harmless. So I'm sticking to 5-stars. Will report back after converting it to a toddler bed...
