  In 1942, Russell Gray and Robert Cone formed Graco Metal Products, in Philadelphia, PA. For 11 years, the firm fabricated machine and car parts for local manufacturers.   This is a great product for park strolling and walks in the neighborhood. Don't expect to travel with this thing, though, unless you have a SUV or mini-van to pack it. It barely fits in the truck of our Saturn!
