We got the swing when our baby was 3 weeks old and she loves it. The built-in head support works well and the swing appears to be very comfortable. The only problem we have had is with the mobile. It appears the mobile is operated by the motion of the swing causing the base of the mobile to strike the body of the swing, this makes the mobile go around. The problem with this is that it has made the mobile fall a couple of times. The arm holding the mobile doesn't snap into its base, it only slides in, so unless it is seated extremely firmly it has a tendency to work its way loose. My baby girl loves this swing. It was a life saver until she was about 7 months old. She refused to go to sleep in her crib and so the swing was my only other alternative when I couldn't rock her to sleep myself. I don't really care for some of the nature sounds, but understand that some of them are purposely recorded with some white noise for baby's comfort. I haven't had any problems with it and am surprised how long it goes between battery changes. I also like that the vibration mode is adjustable. I purchased this product because I, as mommy, fall in love but my baby girl hates it... she cries everythime i put her in. It is very noisy, it makes a noise when swings, the sounds are not sounds they are just noise, it looks good aesthetic but the rest is really bad, the mobil does not turn so I donot really understand it... I waste my money with his product... i end up buying a fisher price small chair and place it on top of the dinning table and she loves it for 30 bucks....

My husband and i saw this piece and i said this is the one. The price was awesome! It arrived in about 5 days. WOW! I like that it has matching pieces to purchase also. We not only purchased this swing but we also purchased the car seat and the high chair. Other members of the family purchased the stroller and pack n play. Really nice swing, it is really easy to program the swing speeds, the volume, and the sounds. The music sounds a bit distorted, but other than that it is a great buy.
