Customer Review: Faulty Rail Locks
Summary: 2 Stars
Good looking product and sturdy, but locks for front frame are faulty and do not work. Wrote immediately to Graco asking for replacement part, received email immediately saying locks would be sent, but never received.
Must figure out a way to secure the drop frame in order to protect my grandchild - thankful I do not have to use this product on a daily basis as it is dangerous without working locks. Disappointed.
