Baby Products Reviews of Graco High Back TurboBooster Car Seat, WanderCustomer Review: Booster Safety Summary: 5 StarsI bought this booster based on the consumer reports safety rating. My daughter loves the fairy pattern, I love the safety rating.
Customer Review: Great seat for OLDER children/school age! Summary: 5 StarsThe Graco TurboBooster has great reviews and was one of our top picks for safety and for the different fabric options. Booster seats with the car's seatbelt system should only be used for OLDER children. Even IF they meet the "minimum requirements" for the seat, that does not mean they should be in this seat. This seat is NOT the safest option for a 3 year old. Young toddlers and preschoolers should remain in a 5-point harness AS LONG AS POSSIBLE. With options like the Graco Nautilus you can keep your child in a 5-point harness up to age 5-6 or beyond!
The TurboBooster is our 5.5 year old's favorite due to the pink fabric options and combined with it's safety ratings makes it our choice. She is very excited to move into a big kid seat so she will receive this seat as a Christmas gift and move into it when she turns 6 years old.
Customer Review: Very convenient and light-weight booster seat Summary: 5 StarsI love this booster seat. I bought it for my daughter, who is currently using a Britax car seat. While the Britax is great and very safe, it is extremely heavy and therefore not mobile. Since we are travelling (by air) from time to time, I needed a different seat that I could easily take with me. The Graco booster seat is very light-weight and easy to pack. In addition, my daughter loves it and feels very comfortable using it. I also bought this model because of its high safety score, as mentioned in the other reviews.
Customer Review: Decent Car Seat for the price Summary: 3 StarsI bought this booster seat because I car pool and needed an extra. I already own the Sunshine Kids Monterey Booster seat for my 5 1/2 year old son and it is a much sturdier car seat. It also retails for over $100 so I guess you get what you pay for. The Graco looks very similar, it just feels flimsier and does not have the latch system which I like for additional security. It's fine for a car pool seat but I like the Sunshine kids seat as my son's full time booster.
Customer Review: Happy with product Summary: 5 StarsThis is a great booster chair. I already have one in red/black for my oldest child. Both of my girls love their new seat. I like that the back detaches and the base is small enough to put in checked bags when traveling.
