Customer Review: Problem with the height strap

Unfortunately the strap that it hangs from is way too long even after fully adjusted to the shortest setting. I was rather disappointed. We used to have an older model that worked great. This one has cool toys attached and an improved bumper guard to protect your doorframe from damage but when your kid is just 4 months old and already too low to the floor to use it on the 1st try even when they weigh 12 pds below the max weight limit something is wronge, it just can't be used and its being returned :(Customer Review: Never Ever Ever Buy!!!

I can't believe these are still being sold. They are incredibly dangerous and are banned in Europe and (I believe) Canada. Why would you hang your precious baby by a spring which could come loose?
As a pediatric physical therapist I can also tell you that your baby's hips are not meant to take the force of bouncing against the floor...early jumping can cause serious damage to developing hips and/or cause your toddler to walk on their toes.
If you need a baby entertainer, buy a swing or saucer!!! Better yet, put your baby on the floor where they can explore and learn.

Our little girl first tried this jumper at 5 months and she loves it. She will jump and be quite happy in it for usually 1 hour at a time - enough time to make dinner, empty/load the dishwasher, and wash dishes(we hang it in the kitchen doorway).Customer Review: fun jumper, easy to use

Easy to assemble and easy to hang from the doorway. My 8 month old son loves it (as does my 2 yr old but she almost hits the ground in it). The toys come right off but that's no big deal - you can easily attach other toys without velcro.Customer Review: Jummper

I have twins and ordered 2 wich I do not need. The only thing is that I wish it had a larger height adjustment. I live in a old house and the door ways are all different. Otherwise I like it, it is very safe.
