I am shocked to see that this seat did well at all! I purchased this out of desperation on a road trip. In less than 24 hours my daughter (32lbs.) 2 years 4 months fell off it twice! Both times adults were right there and the last time I was actually holding her as it fell into the McDonald's toilet (yuck!)The fist time it actually folded and pinched her on the butt, breaking the skin. There is nothing to keep it in place except some rubber pads at the bottom. Granted she was doing number 2 and had to sit a while longer then I think most kids. But criky this should work at all times! The whole point to this is so I didn't have to squat in front of a public toilet while I waited for her to go...the best place for this is in the trash!
