I really like these cube trays. It is a little hard to get the cubes out but I think if you spray them with vegetable oil it will be easier I just haven't tried it yet. So far I have been very pleased. I like that they have lids. Customer Review: Awesome!

I love being in control of what my baby eats. These trays, with the So Easy Baby Food cookbook, help me so much. Because my baby is a big eater, I bought two extra sets of these trays. I spend about an hour each week making food for my little girl. The trays are very similar to regular ice cube trays, but the lids successfully eliminate the chance of freezer burn, and any other smells/tastes from the other items in the freezer. I already had the Fresh Baby starter kit but because my daughter was going to be eating meat I wanted to get seperate trays for that. These are an absolute must for anyone planning on making their own baby food. They are very durable and good quality, I have never had a problem with the trays breaking when trying to get the food out. They also take up very little space and are conveniently stackable. I like the product...and there aren't many choices in the realm of baby food ice cube trays. But the lids! They don't stay on in the freezer and I have to put rubber bands around them. Customer Review: HomeMade Baby Food

These trays are nice, but the lids don't fit very snug. Once the food freezes though, I stick them in labeled Ziploc baggies. If you want snug lids, I recommend Tupperware brand ice cube trays. Also keep in mind that if you are making foods that don't freeze solid (like apricots and prunes), it is impossible to remove the food in these trays. For those foods, I recommend flexible trays and just carefully wrap plastic around it. Overall, great price though and it does work good enough for me. But because of the lids, I won't rate it higher.
