Baby Products Reviews of Fresh Baby So Easy Baby Food/Breast Milk TraysCustomer Review: very helpful! Summary: 5 StarsFirst of all, each cube is about 1/2 an ounce, not an ounce as the description says. But this is a great product! I can freeze my pumped milk in smaller portions, so that we don't defrost too much at a time, leading to less waste. The trays are covered, which keeps freezer funk from getting to the milk. They've been fine on the top rack of my dishwasher, and having two of them works out great so I can use one and clean one at a time.
Customer Review: Product description lie Summary: 1 StarsThe product description claims that each cube in these trays holds one ounce of baby food or breast milk. That is simply not true. Each cube holds one half of an ounce (1 Tablespoon) not an ounce (2 Tablespoons).
Customer Review: works great for me Summary: 5 StarsI have been using these for several months and haven't had any trouble with the lids warping. I wash them on the top rack of the dishwasher and take the food out the day after I make it so I haven't had any frostbite issues. I like that the cubes are small because I like to mix up different varieties of food. Since they are small, I can just pop out a couple different cubes and mix them up.
Customer Review: Broke on 1st use Summary: 2 StarsI like that it has a cover, but the food is very hard to get out and the tray broke the first time I used it. The plastic is so hard when frozen that it becomes brittle. Still looking for a better way to freeze baby food.
Customer Review: Great for my purposes Summary: 5 StarsThese have been very useful for making my own baby food. I run warm water on the underside when transferring to freezer bags so the cubes easily slide out. Unlike the other reviewers, I have not had a problem with the lids fitting, and I wash and dry in the dishwasher top rack. I do not use a heated dry cycle. I ended up buying two sets so I always have two more clean to make baby food every night or so.
