Using the seating disk at work has been great for my back and for making room for my oh so pregnant belly as I sit (at a microscope/computer, for hours). The product is all you would expect - except that it is scented with some sort of powder-fresh scent. The smell is not offensive, but it is pervasive and I had to make sure it wasn't bothering my lab mates before I was comfortable having it in the work place. I would rate this 5 stars if it had not developed a leak within a month after having it. It has been a life saver to my aching back, using this on any office chair. I work in different offices and take it with me. So you can imagine my disappointment at the leak. It is a small crack, and I have filled it with super glue. So far it is holding but can't imagine it will for long. This is a truly remarkable product that makes a huge difference.Customer Review: Great, while it lasted

The seated disc immediately improved my core strength and posture when sitting at my desk for 8+ hours a day, but unfortunately sprung a hole by week two! I'm of average weight (140ish lbs) so I was surprised to find it's durability to be so inferior so quickly. I'm definitely going to contact the company for a replacement. I bought this for my 10 year old grandson who has little butt cushioning. The teacher recommended that he would be more comfortable and able to sit and concentrate better. He loves it and the proof is in the pudding. First time in his life he is on the A&B honor roll.Customer Review: Seating disc

This a great product to use if you are seating in front of a computer for long period of time. The seating ball forces you to sit up straight and causes the spine to stay straight. It helps relieves back ache and shoulder ache.
