im so happy with this produt and my baby fits in it very well, the support of the head is very good, my baby likes it, you can change the level of the seat my baby is two month old so he is totaly comfortable with the low level.
i like the music but the volume is low a little bit and the vabration is good,
i really like this new collection of fisher price, the colors and the wood!! its nice when you put it in any room.
and there is one more thing that its very light i can move it easily if i want to change the room i recomande it if you have stairs in your house and i can take it with me wherever i go for a visit or even when i travel in the car!!
for this price its really worth it!!

i'm happy i got this seat as a gift because i wouldn't be happy if i had paid for it myself.
my newborn will sit in this seat for no more than 20mins. the little toy that hangs on it is not very functional and gets in the way most of the time. maybe if the colors were brighter it would be more effective. so most of the time we remove it.
the legs on this thing come out farther than the actual seat so it's not the easiest to move from room to room especially if you have your baby in your arms. and when it's not being used, because its got a bulky shape, it's always sticking out in annoying ways. not the most practical if you have a small place.
3 stars for the 20 minute breaks it gives us.

I have to give this a mixed review. Some things may be particular to my baby. I get a lot of compliments on its aesthetics. The music choices are limited and hard to hear. Plus the music is a little too zen for my liking. There's not a lot of stimulation - just that bug to look at although my baby does like looking at it but I have to bat it to get it to move as she is still too young to shake the seat. While it is portable, I've found it heavy and awkward to move from room to room and no way would I travel with it. Baby will stay in it for about 10 minutes only. In the end I wish that I had saved some money and bought one of the more "toy" looking seats like my friends have.Customer Review: Does the job, and not too annoying

Unlike other baby bouncers, we were drawn to the color and look of this product. We are pleased with its aesthetics, as well as its performance. The 'vibrate' setting works wonders to keep my baby sleeping longer! The nature sounds and the musical settings are also nice... not annoying like some that you hear on other baby accessories.
The only critique I have is of the dangling toy (dragonfly?). It only swivels 90 degrees to one side. Also, my baby has virtually ZERO interest in the toy... so I'm convinced that it's there just for looks.

As the grandmother who wanted to provide a comfortable seat for my 1st grandchild while the parents visited;I purchased the Fisher-Price Zen Infant Seat. I found this item to be perfect in every way. It was easy to put together, light weight but sturdy, and looks better than the pictures present. It's also oversized which was really a must since my grandson was a BIG baby (10 lbs). We bought a different seat at first, but he took up all the space with no growing room. This item gives him room to grow. Too many other bells and whistles to list.
