Baby Products Reviews of Fisher-Price Space Saver High Chair - Tan

Customer Review: Better than I expected
Summary: 5 Stars

I love the reclining feature of this chair. We have a newborn in the house, and in the full-recline position, it's a great place to set him where he can see people around and where he's easier to lift in and out than from a bouncy seat on the floor. The back of the chair is rounded and cradles him nicely. We also use it with an 8-month old who is at our house a lot. It's very easy to change the recline position, which is good since we switch it back and forth a lot. The 8-month-old is a little wobbly, but does well with the full-upright position because the back cradles him in nicely. I like the belts that hold the seat firmly on the chair both under and behind. This is a big improvement over another brand "on-a-regular-chair-type" high chair we've used, which was way less secure.

Customer Review: Don't waste your money on an ordinary High chair..get this!
Summary: 5 Stars

I am much happier since converting my twins to these high chairs. The seat adjusts for the smaller babies and also works as a booster seat for toddlers! I had ordinary high chairs in the kitchen and always had this large contraption in the way! Not anymore! Also, I have found that there is enough space between the back of this highchair and my kitchen chair to store the tray when not in use. Without the tray, you can push the seat right up to the table for storage. You feel like your kids are actually eating with you at the table. I also feel it has great safety features. Not only the seatbelts, but there is a high divider that sticks up between the legs to prevent child from sliding out. The tray goes off and on easily as well. Wish I had purchased this a long time ago!

Customer Review: Excellent High Chair!
Summary: 5 Stars

I received this high chair as a gift when my daughter was nine months old. There were just a couple of things to put together, and that only took a few minutes. It was very easy to attach to one of our chairs, and it is secure. I moved it around quite a bit to make sure it would stay in place - no problems there! My daughter loves it too, and she is fairly picky! She likes being able to see everything that's going on. The harness is very secure and easy to adjust without being easy for my daughter to undo. It's also very easy to clean. The tray is easily adjusted and stays in place. It saves a lot of space and is easy to transport. My daughter is 13 months old now, and if there is anything negative about this high chair, we haven't found it yet!

Customer Review: Good Space Saver
Summary: 4 Stars

This chair does exactly what it promises. My sister owned one, and after using it with her children, I decided to purchase it. I did not want to have one of those homes where it's hard to find the couch for all the baby paraphernalia, so instead of a full sized chair I purchased this product. It is compact, extremely easy to attach and remove from a chair. It takes up very little room, and is very easy to clean. The tray can be removed with one hand or two, and is top-rack dishwasher safe. On occasion I miss having something on wheels that I can bring into the living room or the kitchen without a lot of work, and it does take up a chair when it's in use, but the reclining feature allowed me to use it almost from day one.

Customer Review: Perfect for my small dining area
Summary: 5 Stars

I have had this high chair since my daughter was just starting baby cereal. She is now 21 months & I feel just as confident with it as I did when she was smaller. I have a family of six with a small dining area & could not begin to imagine trying to figure out where to put a self-standing high chair. She can easily climb in & out of it herself and loves to buckle herself. On the plus side, she CAN'T unbuckle it herself! The only real problem I've had with it is that it holds tomato sauce stains better than I would like :~ I lost the manual to it & Fisher-Price immediately sent me a replacement with no problems. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a high chair that goes from baby to big kid and has limited space!
