Customer Review: Wonderful Product - Highly Recommend
Summary: 5 Stars

I bought this as a booster for my 2 yo dd, while thinking my 4 mo dd could grow into it. I debated about getting one that attached to the table, but opted for this one instead and am very glad I did. It is very easy to set up and use. My dd can climb into it by herself easily and enjoys sitting in it. Today however - she wanted to sit in her old chair instead of having her sister sit in it. I set up the space saver as a high chair. It was so easy and I thought to myself how I wish I would have bought one of these before I spent money on a conventional high chair. I really like the recline feature of the product. My 4 mo looks so much more comfortable in the space saver over the other high chair. I recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a high chair for their child - it is an easy to use high chair, portable, and also a booster seat for when they are older (my son could have probably used a booster until the age of around 4 1/2 at our table). Plus it is very affordable!!

Customer Review: Very good high chair with only a couple of problems
Summary: 4 Stars

We bought two of these for our twins, and have used them for over four months now. They are great with only a couple of problems including: ease of cleaning seat liner, ease of cleaning tray and tipping issues.

Ease of cleaning seat liner: the seat liner can only be cleaned by wiping down, not by tossing in the machine. Ugh! It does clean up relatively easily though.

Ease of cleaning tray: the tray is supposed to be dishwasher safe, but is so gigantic that I can't fit both of our boy's trays into the washer at the same time! We just wash them by hand in the sink. Like the liners, they do clean quickly.

Tipping issues: because our kitchen chairs have straight legs (not like the ones in the picture), when our boys kick something with their legs, the whole chair leans back. While the chair hasn't tipped over all the way, we don't put the kids right up to the kitchen table for safety reasons.

Customer Review: Fairly disappointed...
Summary: 3 Stars

First of all a word of warning; every single photo of this chair shows it on a wooden dining room chair, even though we knew it was not included I could see some people expecting to find it in the box. What you get is the space saver chair that you attach to your own chairs.

That said; this chair is big. It's not a real space saver as it takes up a lot of room. It's pretty high (in fact, too high for our dining room set) and the armrests mean your kid will most likely not fit up against the table when you move away from the tray to sitting at the table with mommy and daddy.

The straps are nice and secure, it reclines and the seat padding is quite comfortable.

But in the end I don't think we'll be keeping this, the non-removable armrests and the sheer size of it make it too impractical for our table.

Be sure to check measurements before purchasing this chair.

Customer Review: Be careful... It is top heavy!
Summary: 3 Stars

While I loved the concept of this chair, I did not find it to be either space saving or very safe. As other reviewers have commented, the chair does not tuck under your table when not in use, so it really saves no space. More importantly, though, when strapped onto my regular dining chair, it is quite top heavy and I can see my baby easily tipping it over. The dining chair in the display photo has an A-frame, with the top of the legs closer together and the bottom of the legs farther apart. My dining chairs do not have that feature, instead having legs that are 90 degrees from the floor. I am returning this chair in order to get a full-sized one that is safer. I would not recommend this chair unless you have an appropriate dining chair with A-frame legs to which you can attach it. And don't expect to save space, although you may save a bit of money, since it costs half the price of a full-sized high chair.

Customer Review: The best of both worlds
Summary: 5 Stars

If you are having trouble deciding between a traditional high chair or a booster-style, strap-on chair, your search has come to an end. As you would expect with a high chair, this product has a convertible 5- or 3-point harness, a cushioned seat, a one-hand-release tray, a reclining seat, and a seat that moves up and down. Like a booster seat, this product is compact, easy to clean, and can be pulled up to the table when baby is older and only needs a little boost.

Other customers might want to know that the cushioned seat is made of wipeable vinyl with fabric trim. I was worried that the trim would become hopelessly stained, but so far so good. Also, this product does not fold and carry super-conveniently as some of the hard plastic models do. However, these are very minor gripes with a product out of which I expect to get years of use.
