I did not purchase this toys originally. Our neighbors had the Precious Planet Melodies and Motion soother and every time we went to visit, our daughter could not stop playing with and looking at this toy. I subsequently found the Rainforest Waterfall Peek-A-Boo Soother at a second-hand shop and purchased it. My daughter loves this thing!!!! She will stare at it, watching and listening intently for a long period of time, which is more than I can say for most of her toys. This is a wonderful item to have in your nursery. Our musical mobile worked great when she was younger, but now that she is 9 months old, this soother really holds her attention much longer. This is a great gift idea for a baby shower.Customer Review: Very soothing!

We got this as a gift at the baby shower and I couldn't wait to use it. I had to wait a month while the baby was in the NICU, but when he finally came home and slept in his basinett, I tried it out and totally fell in love with it.
My little guy loves it and it seems to calm him down and get him settled into a sleep time routine. Now, we just turn it on when we place him in bed and he usually doesn't fuss to go to sleep.
I have mine set on 18 min w/ rainforest sounds and lullabies at the lowest volume setting. I've tried the light and the creatures moving, but he's not really interested in all that right now.
I don't know what we'd do without it :) :) :)

Love this! I got this for my 18 month old daughter to replace the Fisher Price Lullabye Birdies soother, which started to malfunction. This is a terrific replacement. It is 10 times better! The nature sounds and music are soothing and my daughter loves turning it on herself after naps and sometimes in the middle of the night to soothe herself. I wish this had been around 18 months ago. I also love that it is different from the ever popular aquarium soother. My only criticism is that the movement only lasts for 6 minutes, which is not enough time to get my daughter to sleep. At night I switch it to music and lights only (no movement) to get 12 minutes playing time. Still works like a charm!Customer Review: A Real Comfort

Our baby has used this since her second or third week of life. She's now 6 months old and beginning to interact with it. We play the nature sounds and lullabies when she goes down for her naps and for bed, and if she's slightly fussy we play it with the light function. It usually calms her down. It also functions for a really long time on battery power. We've only changed the batteries once, and we use it at least 4 times a day. My only problem with it is the method it uses to attach to the crib. The holes on the straps that are supposed to loop over the pegs are really small. Once you've put it on the crib, you will probably want to leave it there until your baby is in a bed.Customer Review: Wow

This is beautiful. This has the highest quality music of any baby toy I've ever heard. I was surprised at just how good it was. What a show for baby. A beautiful light show, soft and interesting baby music. The sounds of a forest at night. The monkey swings back and forth from a vine, the lizard peeks out from the bushes. the fish moves back and forth. There are real water bubbles that make soft bubble sounds.
Baby loves to watch this, and listen. It doesn't hold his attention for quite as long as I'd hoped, but it does buy me some time, and helps to calm him down and stave off fussing. This toy certainly fascinates momma and pappa for awhile.
