We have had this set for a little over a year and in our first smaller house it worked great for us. Once we moved we noticed that the reception got worse. Then one day one of the receivers stopped working. I switched batteries and it didn't make a difference so it died. A few months later the base station decided to stop working. This isn't the most expensive set but I was hoping that I could at least get a couple of years of use out of it.Customer Review: No more Static!!!!!

This product is better then most. Now I am sure if you want to pay over$100.00 for a monitor it MAY be better but for the price and what I need it for it works GREAT!!!! I love the choice of channels and that if the baby is sleeping I do not have to hear static and hope I can hear if he is chocking. If the baby moves this monitor picks it up. Also the light indication is a plus.
Great monitor! I would recommend this product.

I keep the receiver in our office which has a lot of computer equipment. We bought a 900 MHz monitor because most of our equipment runs on 2.4 GHz. We were hoping there would be less interference. We were surprised and very pleased with how well this monitor worked. The receiver produces a faint hum, but overall, the reception is clear. This monitor interferes with our cordless phones on all channels - a shrill noise emits when the phone rings or when you talk on it. ALso, it beeps out of range even when at distances much less than the stated 800 feet (- from our daughter's bedroom to the kitchen). I would definitely not recommend this product, and had I not lost the receipt, I would have returned it!Customer Review: Receivers aren't reliable!

This baby monitor worked well for about a month. Then we noticed that the receivers weren't holding a charge as long as they used to. Then it got so they had to be plugged in all the time. Now one is completely dead and the other needs to be plugged in or it goes out after a few minutes. We hardly used the things for two months before they went belly up!
