My daughter first got this dump truck when she was 6 months old. She loved it from the first time it entered our house. The blocks were her favorite part because she could shake them and some of them rattle. Now that she is 10 months old she loves the truck even more! She pushes it around the house and puts the blocks in the back of the dump truck and then dumps them on the ground. She is always having fun with this truck and laughing. This toy is also very educational, it has helped her coordination and makes her think about how to fit the blocks through the hole in the back of the truck. It does have a On and Off button which is great if you don't want the music and rumbling motor sounds to play constantly. When I do turn it on, there are two different volume levels and it gives my daughter a wonderful new surprise. I have recommended this toy to everyone I know who has a small infant, especially crawling infants and I recommend it now without reservation.Customer Review: My son loves this!

This is definitely in my son's all-time favorite category. He has been fascinated with it since he was about 3 months old. Something about the noise it makes and the fun of watching the blocks dump out of the back of the truck.
By the time he was about 5 months old he could rip the whole thing apart (take the bed off the truck as well as pull the cover off the bed) but it only comes off into 3 big pieces so nothing is dangerous. Now that he's teething he actually enjoys chewing on the pieces once he's pulled them apart!
I would definitely recommend this. The only toy that he likes better than this is the Peek a Blocks Train. I didn't see it on this website, but you can buy it at most any store. Even though my son doesn't really notice there is stuff inside the blocks yet, the Peek a Blocks toys are very well made and entertaining even without the blocks.

My 10 month old twins love this. We received it as a gift with an extra set of blocks. Yes, the blue and green part of the truck come off easily but that is part of the fun for my babies. They love taking it apart and I put it back together - no big deal. Even without those pieces on the truck they like to push it around. The music is not annoying at all and does have two settings. The wheels even hold blocks so when you put them in and they push the truck, the blocks make noise. Each block has something different inside but most of them have something that rattles. My babies love to play with the blocks as well, even without the truck. They love it when we stack them and the can push them all down. I definitely recommend this toy.Customer Review: A happy boy!

I just got this for my 7 month old son. He has several lines of the peek a blocks and loves them. This one is a little different than his others because the blocks actually fit into different places on the truck. He is crawling and loves to move it around (It sings a song whenever the wheels move) He loves the blocks. I am trying to show him how to put them in the truck and dump them out! He likes also putting cheerios in the truck! The blocks also work well for teething, they are textured and he loves chewing on them! This is a great product and I can see it keeping his interest for a long time. My niece is 19 mos old and when she comes to visit, she loves to play with it too!Customer Review: Probably the best toy we've bought!

My son received this for Christmas when he was 12 months old. He has loved it and played with it every day since (he is almost 2 now). At first he only pushed it around. The only problem was that he used to try to pick it up by the basket, and the basket would sometimes come off. However, it is easy to put back on, and he outgrew that phase. It can be used with or without the motion-activated music. The music is cute and plays three different, and fairly short, tunes. Also has volume control. As he got older, he loved putting the blocks in the wheels and in the dump truck basket. This toy has been one of his two favorite toys over the last year.
