Customer Review: My son loves this swing!

My 10 week old son loves this swing! We have another "front to back" motion swing that he refuses to sit in, but he loves the motion of this one and will site quietly in it for long periods and sleeps very well in it. He also likes to stare at the mirrored ball, but he's not too interested in the mobile yet, maybe because the animals don't have much color contrast? It was super easy to put together, and I love that it can fold up to put out of the way - it's not exactly small folded, but my other swing doesn't fold at all. The sounds are kind of nice, I don't really like the music so we pretty much just use the nature sounds or none at all, which is fine. I only wish that it could plug in instead of just using batteries, like the rainforest swing does - but the seat on this one is bigger and softer than the rainforest, and my son likes the papsan better (our neighbors have the rainforest swing so we've tried them both). Overall I completely reccomend this swing, but giving 4 stars b/c of the mobile and the power situation.Customer Review: Life saver...absolutely amazing!

This swing has so many reviews, I feel like I shouldn't even review it anymore, but it's so unbelievable I just have to do it...My baby is now 9 weeks old and has been using this swing every day and several times a day since we brought him back from the hospital. He loves to be held and this swing saves me from going completely insane. There are several speeds and melodies you can choose from, but he loves the very first speed (lowest) and he likes to listen to the crickets. Now that he can interact more with us, he can also look in the mirror above and loves it when it rotates...He can follow it for at least 15 minutes and most of the time that is all he needs to fall asleep as well. This is truly a God sent gift to new parents. You cannot live without this if you have no help with your newborn. I want to keep it for my second one, too...I am so happy w/ the purchase!Customer Review: Great if Your Baby is Deaf

This swing is a great idea. It would be even better if it didn't make so many pops and clicks as it is operating. We have enough trouble trying to get our son to sleep for more than thirty minutes at a time during the day. This swing really does help him sleep. The problem is that it makes popping and cracking sounds as it is swinging (I have it at the slowest level, too) and he wakes up. I adjust the legs constantly to provide a temporary fix to the noise, but it's only temporary. Temporary means one or two minutes, four if you are lucky.
The idea for this swing gets five stars, the cheapness of its manufacture gets 0 stars. If I could go back in time and buy a higher quality swing at a higher price, I would.

Look closely at your friends' baby pictures, and you'll find that many of them have some version of the Fisher Price Papasan Cradle Swing - for good reason. It is battery operated, foldable, and bi-directional. Whether your baby likes to swing front-to-back or side-to-side, this swing can make it happen. There are multiple speed and sound controls, and the figures can rotate or remain still. The features are so easy to operate that my three-year-old can do it. Lastly, like the high chair, it folds up easily to move outside on warm days or out of sight for parties.

Customer Review: Best idea ever!

I bought this swing in June for my granddaughter. She's 5 months old and was teething. My daughter wasn't able to put her down for more than a minute. We put this together (it was very easy assembly) and put Lucy in it. She began to grin from the moment we put her in. It has given my daughter and son-in-law a much needed break! She will lay in it and swing for up to 30 minutes with no fussing. She even took a nap in it for over two hours. It's a great, great product for new moms and dads.
