I got the Fisher-Price monitor for a little different reason, my cats. I built an enclosure for them, but my Russian Blue has such a soft voice I could never hear her when she wanted to come back in. The Fisher Price monitor works perfectly for what I need it for. It picks up everything. I can unplug the receiver and take it to any room in the house and still have a strong signal. Now I never miss a call when I'm being summoned. Good monitor, great price.Customer Review: pretty good

I just recently purchased this monitor and it has been working pretty well. However, in just the past two days when I try to turn it on it takes a few trys to have the lights come on and for it to work. Regarding the distance, sometimes I can be at the end of my backyard which is about an acre but other times I cannot even be at the end of my driveway which is about 15 yards. Overall, it is a decent monitor and a good price.Customer Review: I like it!

Personally I love this monitor. It has a long range and you can hear everything crystal clear. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because if you get it too close to a computer it will click periodically. Not a huge deal and it like that with any monitor you get near something with a simalar fequency. All in all it's a good buy (and not a bad price!).
P.S. the night light glows green not yellow

The monitor is great because there are lights that blink to let you know there is sound coming from the baby's room even if the volume is turned down. I've cooked outside on the grill while the baby has been sleeping inside on the 2nd floor and could hear if she rolled over. Very happy with my purchase!Customer Review: Great Monitor

This is our first baby monitor and I was very impressed at it's quality, clarity and sensitivity. There is always a bit of static, but I can hear my baby's sighs and even the wind chimes in the back yard.
I'd buy this monitor again and recommend it to my friends.
