Customer Review: Surprise Must Have

When I put this on my registry for my twin daughters, I thought that it wouldn't really be that useful and since it could be converted to a rocking chair we would get a little more use out of it later on. Well, I tell everyone that this was THE best shower gift I received. The big surprise was the ability to use this as individual cots for the twins while they were infants for naps during the day. Simply pull out the blue bar and fully recline the back. This allowed us to keep the bassinett/playard upstairs in our room for middle of the night feedings and use these for naps during the day. They both sleep very well in these. We also use them when they are congested and need to sleep in an inclined position during the night. They love these and they sleep in them like hammocks (smile). My daughters are now four months old and we have been using these everyday since we brought them home from the hospital.I can't wait to use these as rockers when they are toddlers. You'll definitely get your money's worth AND they are washable!!!

Our son is a preemie and is just 11 days old today and already, we have used this rocker on numerous occasions. On nights when he is fussy and nothing else will calm him, we put him in the chair in the stationary position and used the vibrate mode. Since he is so small, we were concerned about putting him in anything that would not hold him securely but this chair has stood up to that challenge - -and calmed his crying. By day, we put him in the chair in the rocker position and he seems to really like it and we really like how securely he fits in it. The assembly is extremely easy and the toy bar snaps on and off without any hassle. For the price and versatility, I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a bouncy chair that will carry on to be used as the child grows. The design and construction are excellent but if we had any improvement to add, it would be to the fabric artwork, which looks a bit cheesy. Don't let that deter you however; despite the tacky decal, this is definitely a great product!Customer Review: Essential Baby Product

The model of this infant to toddler rocker that I had was from 5 years ago. However, I ordered it again for my soon to be born baby. Of all the items that I received and/or purchased, this by far was the most used product. I literally used this chair from my daughter's first day home from the hospital up through her fourth birthday. I found it most useful when my daughter was able to be up and about and I needed her to be restrained for safety purposes, while I took a shower for instance. After outgrowing the harnace, my daughter used the rocker to watch television in the mornings while I prepared for work.
The durability of the chair was great as well. We got every bit of the modest cost out of the chair for the four years that we used it. I'm thrilled that it is still available and that I will be able to purchase another one for my baby due February 7, 2005.
For any one considering this purchase, don't pass it up! This is an essential baby to toddler product that is worth every penny!
Customer Review: AN AWESOME PRODUCT!!!!

This product is so awesome. At first we bought a normal baby bouncer because of the vibration feature due to our newborn baby's colic. It worked as far as getting her to sleep, but it made her sit too upright and her head would slump over to the side. I had put this product on the baby wish list and my fiance's mother ended up purchasing the item for us. Boy were we impressed! The product has so many options and great features that our now 4 month old has not gotten bored with it. We can bring it anywhere in the house.. she can sit and play with the toy bar, we can rock her in it when she gets fussy, and the top portion reclines easily for sleep. WE LOVE THIS PRODUCT. My 4 year old has also rocked in it when our little one is not in it. It's a great product for both age groups... we look forward to introducing the new feature to her when she is older. For now it is serving a lot of different purposes and I think it is one of the best products I have come across in a long time! Our son loved this rocker as a newborn (1-2 months). We pulled out the "kickstand" and that allowed him to be in a flat position and he was very comfortable. Most bouncers are too upright fro newborns. Also, the rocker has two recline positions for you baby's comfort.
As he got older (3-4 months), we would push in the "kickstand" in so we could use the rocking feature. He liked being more upright than flat at this age. He liked to look around and play with the toy bar. Also, we could rock him to sleep.
But, once (around 5-6 months) when he was trying to sit up and lean forward he fell over (the reason for 3 stars only). He was strapped in, so the chair fell over with him. I was in the same room as he was and he is fine - he was just a bit startled.
(Think about sitting in a rocking chair and leaning forward - if you cannot lean back then you would fall forward.)
I put it away for now and will try it when he can climb in and out of the rocker on his own.
