Customer Review: BEST seat in the house
Summary: 5 Stars

I cannot stop raving about this seat!
I tried regular bouncers for my little girl (currently 3 months old), but there were too many problems. The straps holding her in were all the way at the sides and couldn't be tightened enough, so she'd just slide down one way or the other. The angle was too great for such a little girl, so she'd end up halfway down the seat within seconds. She didn't like the bouncing motion-- only the vibrations, and many just didn't have anything to catch her attention.
This is _so_ much better! It reclines far enough that she doesn't slide at all. It clips together right by her sides, so I know she's not going to slip out. It has the vibration that puts her to sleep when she's being fussy, and she loves the few occassions when Mommy or Daddy will rock her. And best of all-- hanging toys! She'll just stare at them sometimes, but now she's doing a lot of kicking, batting, and grabbing at them. Oh, and she always smiles when the monkey 'sings' to her. And when she gets bored with one of them, I can just unhook it and put something new and interesting in its place. Her big brother loves playing with her in this, too. (He's even tried to claim the spinning ball for himself.)
My favorite thing about this toy is that she will be able to get use out of it for years as a rocking chair. It does suck batteries, but that small extra expense is worth it for all the plusses. Oh, and it costs the same or less than a lot of those boring old bouncers that you can't use after less than a year. A MUST HAVE.

Customer Review: Great Product!
Summary: 4 Stars

My friend with twins (2 ys old now) couldn't say enough great things about this rocker so when I registered it was one of the 1st things on there. My son loved staring at the toys when he was born and now we attach them to the belt part so he can "eat" them. He watches his Baby Einstine videos in front of the TV and it is high enough off the ground so he can actually see the TV. My friend's twins still use them today as "big boy and girl" rockers so I know I will get plenty of use out of it for a long time to come.

Customer Review: AWESOME PRODUCT!!! GREAT PRICE
Summary: 5 Stars

I bought this chair for my first child when she was 1 and have used it for the two children that followed. My oldest is now 7 and STILL uses it!!! As babies, it is so versitile. They can rock, sleep, vibrate, listen to music, play .....or even eat in it!. It is very sturdy and very easy to clean! Mine doesn't have the reclining feature that the new ones have but I still love it! I buy this chair for all of the baby showers I attend and it is always a big hit! With 3 kids, I have used swings, bouncers, activity mats, etc and this is by far the BEST purchase and most used item out of everything other than their crib!

Customer Review: Not safe for infants who are starting to sit up
Summary: 3 Stars

Our son loved this rocker as a newborn (1-2 months). We pulled out the "kickstand" and that allowed him to be in a flat position and he was very comfortable. Most bouncers are too upright fro newborns. Also, the rocker has two recline positions for you baby's comfort.

As he got older (3-4 months), we would push in the "kickstand" in so we could use the rocking feature. He liked being more upright than flat at this age. He liked to look around and play with the toy bar. Also, we could rock him to sleep.

But, once (around 5-6 months) when he was trying to sit up and lean forward he fell over (the reason for 3 stars only). He was strapped in, so the chair fell over with him. I was in the same room as he was and he is fine - he was just a bit startled.

(Think about sitting in a rocking chair and leaning forward - if you cannot lean back then you would fall forward.)

I put it away for now and will try it when he can climb in and out of the rocker on his own.

Customer Review: Fun and Entertaining
Summary: 5 Stars

I love this bouncer. It's the second one we purchased after our son was born. The first one fell apart after 7 weeks. And since it was the only thing he would sleep in during the day, we needed another one STAT! I found this one and loved it, and so does he. I love all the different things it does. He can lay in it, or sit up. He can make it rock and he loves the toys. He's now 3 mths. And it's still his favorite. We take for over night trips as well. I also bought it for a few friends.
