Customer Review: I like this, and wow what a price
Summary: 4 Stars

That's a great price, they've lowered it. I think it's probably one of the cheaper ones on the market now. I've had this bouncer for several years, and I really like it. The seat isn't all that padded but my kids seemed comfortable in it. I liked that it rocked and converted. The problem I had was that it's suppose dto be used from birth to toddler ages, well about 6-8 months somewhere in there when my kids learned to sit up and then crawl, they wanted nothing to do with it. I had a chair sitting there with nobody to use it. Then about 15-18 months they liked sitting in it again. This wasn't a big problem later when I had my older kids, because my older kids loved to sit in it. But, when you're on your first kid, it may end up in storage for a while because baby won't sit in it.

Customer Review: Good at first but BE CAREFUL!
Summary: 3 Stars

Let me first say that I've rated this product as high as I have because it gave us about 2 hours of quite time every day for he first 5 months or so of our son's life. I am pretty sure any other chair would have done the same but I had this one and I am thankful :o). This was one of the less expensive models so I think we got a lot of use out of it.
Here is the GOTCHA:
Once my son got a little older he leaned forward so much that he fell, flipping the chair on top of him. Lucky for us (and the manufacturer!!!) he did not sustain any injuries but we stopped using the chair right away. According to the product description this is an infant to toddler rocker so I'll wait until my son is older to re-introduce it to him.

Customer Review: Best Gift Ever!!!!
Summary: 5 Stars

My mother got me this great seat when my 2nd daughter was just a month old. Our baby liked to be held all the time and would not take a nap unless somebody was holding her. Don't get me wrong I love to cuddle with her but trying to clean or do anything with one hand all the time can be very, very challenging. This seat put an end to that right away! Because of the design it is almost like a baby hammock. She felt safe and secure, allowing me to get some chores done or take a nap myself!
Now that my daughter is 6 months old we absolutely adore this chair! At first she just sat in it. Now that she is getting better control of her hands she loves to reach for the toys on the toy bar. You can switch around the toys if you like or use different ones. You can also clip toys to the sides of the baby and on the front harness if you don't want to use the toy bar.(great for younger babies) The rocking motion came in handy while I was cooking dinner. I just put the seat near me and gently rocked it with my foot, keeping her happy and getting dinner on the table. The seat cover is very easy to take off and wash in the washing machine. It reclines for younger babies and sits up more for older children. It also has a stablizing bar so you can stop it from rocking. This has come in very handy since we do not have a highchair yet and have been eating solid food for awhile now. She seems to like the bright contrasting colors, though it may not match my decor it is well worth it! It does have a vibrate mode and I have only replaced the batteries once. I think as long as you remember to shut it off when not in use you will not have to replace them frequently.
Overall I look forward to using this chair for quite some time since it converts into a chair for toddlers. I have nothing negative to say about this chair, Even the price was very reasonable! If you or someone you know is expecting a baby go out and get this. It is well worth the investment!

Customer Review: Just Great
Summary: 5 Stars

I purchased this rocker/bouncer because I liked the idea that I could rock my son to sleep while lying on the couch and resting. I was afraid to use a bouncer because it seemed too much like shaking, but rocking is natural and an easy way for him to fall asleep. My son is 7 months and we still use the chair. He loves the attached toys and the vibration. We look forward to using it as he becomes a toddler.

Summary: 4 Stars

I'm a first-time mom at 40 & I received this item as a shower gift. I wasn't too sure about it at first, it seemed a bit large for my daughter (even though she was 9.7 lbs at birth & 21"), but with the use of a head-positioner I found it to work similar to a cradle. At her nap time, my daughter would fall asleep in my arms & I would just ease her into the seat (with the kickstand out, with the arch of toys off & with the vibrate feature off). She stayed asleep for at least 1.5 - 2.5 hours at a time. Maybe she felt cradled since the sides come up a bit.

She didn't care for the vibrating feature until around 3 months, but I like to believe it helped/helps her when she's gassy. She wasn't interested in the arch of toys until about 3 months. She's now 5 months old, easily falls asleep in the seat on her own, and loves the toys (which can be switched with some of her other "link-type" toys).

This item is easy enough for me to carry between the upstairs & downstairs (without her in it of course), so since my daughter likes me within her sight, she stays a lot less fussy for a longer period of time, since she can see me whether I'm working in the office upstairs, or while I'm making dinner downstairs.

I've just started putting up the kickstand and using the rocker feature, as I wanted to wait until she was able to support her own head before rocking her too far forward. The buckled restraint seams comfortable for her and is easy for me to fasten/unfasten. I haven't used the rocker to its full potential yet & can't really say how effective it will be durring her toddler years, so I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5, but if it's as useful as it's been so far, I have a feeling that my daughter and I are BOTH going to be enjoying this one until she reaches the rockers' 40 pound weight limit!
