The swing was easy to install and I did not need extra tools or help. Unfortunately the tree branch was not exactly horizontal and so it was difficult to make the swing horizontal. It was even enough, however, and I put my daughter in. The swing was tilting a little far forward but I could not adjust it. The worst part was getting her out. The tray was near IMPOSSIBLE to undo from its locked position. I guess I did not need to worry about her falling out, I was just wondering if I would be able to get her out at all. We bought this swing for our 11 month old daughter, and she loves it! We attached it to our back porch easily enough, and she swings in it every day! We've had it for about a month and it is still her favorite toy!
The only issue that we have had is that it hangs slightly crooked because of the way that they put the hooks on the swing at the factory. The aren't both facing the same direction, which is something that we cant fix, but it isn't bad enough to not use the swing or to cause any problems. Its more irritating than anything. Also, the swing seems secure and safe. We've not had any issues with safety, or even any close calls.

We've had this swing for three summers (we take it down in the winter)and it still works great. The tray is nice to keep the older kids off this swing and theres a three point safety strap we use once the girls got old enough to try to stand or climb out. The seat reclines a little for when the girls were real young. Holes in the bottom of the swing means no standing water after it rains. We love it.Customer Review: baby loves this swing!

my baby is 8 months old and loves this swing. I love it too! It's much easier than other brands to fasten and unfasten the baby in the swing. I love how the tray moves out of the way to get the baby in and out easily.
It came with the hooks too so all we had to do was hook it up to our existing swing set.
