This is a great chair once baby is able to sit up, it doesn't recline at all so I don't recommend it for babies who aren't sitting yet.
This booster is exactly what I was looking for to save space in my eat-in kitchen and to have for outings to restaurants since I'm not a fan of those wood high chairs most places have with the broken seat belts. This booster folds into a nice compact square for transporting. The chair secures to most common dining chairs (not ideal for booths). There is also the option of raising or lower the legs beneath to help get the right height for the table so baby is part of the family. You can adjust it so baby is sitting right up to the table with no trays at all just using the lap belt but our baby likes to kick and I bet he could kick against the table and knock the whole chair over if he tried so we don't use it that way, when he is older we will most likely use it in this manner as more of a traditional booster.
The three trays you see in the pictures really are nice. The white tray insert fits snuggly and can be removed and placed right into the dishwasher so I use it with the insert most of the time. The blue tray is harder to fit in the dishwasher but is great for cheerios or playing with toys especially when I am trying to cook and the baby really wants to be able to see me, I just pop him in and place some cheerios on the tray and he keeps himself entertained trying to get them. The green tray cover is great for keeping trays sterile while transporting the chair to a restaurant when eating out and for keeping the mess contained on the way home so you don't end up with sweet potatoes all over your car.
A final bonus of this chair is that there are no real nooks for food to sneak into. This is a hard plastic without a lot of seams allowing for easy clean up with a damp cloth.

I LOVE this chair. We have 5 kids and travel a LOT. This chair is SO great for us. We have used it for our last 3 kids and absolutely are faithful fans!
This booster seat/ portable high chair straps securely onto most any chair so that baby can sit with us at the table from the time she is just beginning to sit up (3.5 months in the case of my youngest). The tray clips on and is really quite secure. I really like the fact that the 2 part tray is dishwasher safe! The chair provides all around good support and the safety belt keeps her nice and secure. It keeps her sitting up and there is really no way she could slip out of it if used correctly. It folds up and is super easy to carry either with the straps as a shoulder strap or with the handle. It is also great for just having around the house and setting toys on the tray for play (my babies have all liked to sit up rather than lie down to play). My older children have no problem removing the tray for her, but she can't get it off herself, this is great as some high chair trays are kinda tricky. (She has recently learned how to get off the dishwasher safe part, but this is okay as the tray still functions as a tray with or without this part).
We like this product so much that we actually have two. One for my 3 year old who uses it as a booster seat without the tray, he sits right up to the table (I like to be able to keep him strapped in still), and one for our 7 month old girl, who also sits with us at meals.
I used to use the other kind of portable booster seat that is inflatable, which was great except - not versatile in that I couldn't use it until my baby was quite confident sitting alone, and it didn't have a tray. So, when we found this product we switched over happily and have been very satisfied!

I just absolutely LOVE this chair. Expecting friends and family will ask me `what is the best baby product you have' and without hesitation I tell them it's this chair. The best thing is this chair is so durable and sturdy it will last us through our next child (unlike a lot of products we have).
As soon as our son was able to sit up on his own we put him in this chair. He was very comfortable in it despite it not having a cushion cover like most chairs and it's very safe (three way lap belt plus the tray is very secure). I would not advise putting an infant in this seat if they aren't sitting up because it does not recline.
There is no assembly required, which is a breath of fresh air since pretty much every single thing we bought or received for our son required some sort of assembly. There are no nooks or crannies that spilt food can ooze into, which makes cleaning it really easy and hassle free. It's very light weight and portable which makes it easy to travel with; we take it to grandmas all the time. It straps very securely to pretty much any chair so it doesn't take extra space in your kitchen. I love that it goes from a highchair to a booster chair. I was going to buy a separate highchair and booster chair, but then I saw this and figured what was the point in doing that. Now that my son is a toddler, it scoots right up perfectly to the table so he can eat with us like a `big boy'.
This chair is by no means fancy. It doesn't have the toys and special cup holder or oak/cherry wood or fluffy cushion seats like some of the fancier, more expensive high chairs have...and that's fine with me. I didn't want to spend $175.00 on a big, bulky chair that would just take up room and be hard to clean. Sometimes simplicity is best, and in this case, it was.

I purchased this booster seat for my daughter when she had just turned one. My daughter is now 5 and my 1-year-old son uses this booster and I'm amazed the great shape this seat has stayed in after all of the use it's had! This booster seat is not only easy to attach to a chair, it is also very secure, NOT sliding all over the place. It's very easy to clean, without any little spots for food to get trapped (and my kids were/are both very messy eaters!). It folds up nice and compact and is so easy to transport. I don't really use the tray often. The tray was actually the only thing I was disappointed with regarding this seat (though I still wouldn't be using it much even if I thought it was perfect b/c I like having my little guy right at the table with the rest of us.) The removable part of the tray that pops off for easier cleaning is very easy to pop off and my son figured it out right away and then would never leave it on. If you don't attach the removable tray, you also can't attach the cover. (But cleaning-wise the tray is still good - I just wash the whole blue tray right in the sink, no problem!) Also, my son still can use the tray if need be (he's 18 months and average sized) but my daughter (who was larger) had all ready gotten too big to use it at all by his age - While it has 3 different spots that you can pop the tray onto depending on the size of your child, my kids both had it at the biggest it could go from the first time it was used. The tray is also rather small - my son's small plates are too big to fit on it. The size is, to me, is perfect for travel and occasional use, but not for everyday (unless you don't use a plate and put all the food directly on the tray.) I would highly recommend this booster seat. It's one purchase I am very, very happy with!Customer Review: Wonderful item - better than a high chair!

I researched so many items for when baby started to eat and decided we were going for a "portable" option AND one that would allow us to use a chair in our dinette set instead of a high chair (we have a small dining area!). This product is has straps that secure it under & behind (across the back) of a chair. The straps adjust to fit even a very large chair and then to undo (for travel) you just unclip the snap-in buckle. Readjustment if needed for another chair is so easy. I also love the removable abd WASHABLE tray for food, additionally the tray has a cover - like tupperware - if you need to store it in the refer. for use at another meal. The '3rd' or bottom tray is easy to clean, removable also. It all packs up easily to go to Grandparent's house & has a shoulder strap to carry it around. All-plastic parts for easy cleaning!
Update at 7mos (July 04) - this has been a GREAT buy. So much easier than a high chair & so inexpensive. Still using handtowels to keep him from leaning over sides too far - but is used 3x/day for feeding & is great. Even an ugly bout of throw-up can be cleaned from this durable device. Also fantastic for travel to Gma & Gpa's! Started using regularly around 5 mos & will last a while I'm sure!
Update at 1 yr: still use occasionally, but found a full-size folding high-char that we love. Also the full-size high chair is ok now that he is bigger and more 'mobile'. Contains him a bit better. Still, the booster seat is great for travel to relatives!
Update at 2.5 yrs: STILL using it! And it's been great with baby #2 also! Easy to take to restaurants or to relatives. Easy to clean (I just put it in the ub & spray it all off & let it dry there too).
