Customer Review: Simple and effective design

We received this as a gift and at about 4 months our son was able to sit in the chair and eat. He was able to sit in this chair before he could sit upright without support and we believe this facilitated the latter. In some ways, he enjoys sitting in this chair more than the Bumbo seat as the tray keeps object nearer.
We use this on our wide counters to feed our son and the rubberized feet on the bottom keep the seat stationary. The simple design makes it easy to clean and easy to transport about the house. We have not yet used this in restaurants, but I could see it being effective in those settings.
If I was needed to make a Top Five list of useful baby items, this would make the cut.

My wife and I stopped on a trip to get a bite to eat and put my 8 month old into his booster seat, properly attached to a chair. We finished feeding him and I started eating myself when I heard my wife scream. I looked over to see the chair tipping back with my son attached to it it. He fell to the floor hard. Luckily there was a box of potato chips behind him that hit head skimmed or he likely would have cracked his skull on the tiled floor. It looks like he simply leaned back but because of this product the center of gravity of the chair shifted up making it very unsteady. Luckily for us my son didn't get seriously injured but we're not going to be using the product again.Customer Review: Fisher-Price Booster Seat

I am very pleased with this booster seat. I got it for a 7 months old infant and she looked very comfortable in it - and she still does at 14 months. There are three setting for the tray table, depending on the size of your child. I guess it can be used without table for much older children.
It is easy to wash, easy to install and easy to transport. The only minus is that the tray table can be a bit tough to remove at times - the times when it had to be taken off in a hurry you will need to apply some force (and hence send it flying with the food over it...)
We tried other high chairs / boost seats and this one is definitely the one we prefer.

we purchased this seat when our 17 month old started getting antsy in her high chair. she LOVES this seat- i think it really makes her feel more a part of the family since she can now sit with us at the table. it's super easy to attach to a chair, carry with us out of the house, and especially easy to clean since it doesn't have annoying nooks and crannies. she loves to climb into it herself and try to buckle herself in :) the only reason it doesn't get the whole 5 stars is because i wish it came in different colors. the yellow and orange is nice and unisex, but i'd prefer colors i actually like. overall, this is a really great seat!Customer Review: 1 Stars
We had this chair for over a month, We bought it to take on trips. Last weekend we went on a road trip and took the chair with us. We stopped at a restaurant to have lunch and attached tthe seat to the chair. We were all having lunch when my 8 month old son pushed himself off the table and the chair fell backwards with him. Thankfully he was fine. The chair the seat was attached to was a regular restaurant chair. It was made of metal. It was not a flimsy chair. This chair should have an additional contraption to attach the chair to the table and avoid it from falling backwards. I would NOT recommend this chair!
