Customer Review: My lamb loves her swing!

My daughter is now 5 months old and has been loving her swing since she came home from the hospital. She has severe colic, acid reflux, and digestion problems so this swing was a lifesaver on nights where she would not go to sleep. It seems like the cradle swing motion helps her be able to relax the most (the left to right swing motion). The swing is adorably cute and SO soft. There are days where I wish I was a baby and could just take a little nap in it myself! Haha! My only criticism about this item is the fact that it does not have a plug. I have to replace the batteries about every 3 weeks (and this costs about $8). Other similar swings by Fisher-Price have the power adapter option and I really feel like they could have made this a 5 star product by simply adding this feature.Customer Review: Best baby gear purchase!

I had my first baby last month and I'm not sure I would have survived the first 6 weeks without this swing. Not only is it a convenient place to put the baby when he is sleeping, but it soothes and rocks him to sleep- even when he is put in it hysterically crying. At first I thought the slow swing setting was way too fast..but that does the trick in getting your baby to quiet down. I wish the music/sounds played for longer than they do (I think they only play for 15 minutes at a time) so I need to keep turning it back on because my baby likes the noise.
This was the BEST baby gear purchase I made and I am SO glad I bought it. It was worth every penny. I even gave it to someone as a shower gift and I know they will be thanking their lucky stars they are friends with me ;-)

I bought this swing for my son & just couldn't handle the noise..it's a bit ridiculous that it is so loud! Fisher Price needs to remedy this issue ASAP. I can't understand how some other reviews mention how quiet it is..mine was the exact opposite & I have heard this from several others as well. After returning the noisy swing, I then bought the bright starts ingenuity swing which has the two swinging positions just as this one does, but is extremely quiet & comes in a few colors. It is just as comfortable as the fisher price swing & about $30 cheaper. The only very minor drawback is that it doesn't have as sophisticated a mobile, but my son doesn't seem to mind! They also have a matching automatic bouncer seat which bounces ON IT'S OWN! It is about $50 and WELL worth it! Good luck :)Customer Review: Puts all other baby swings to shame!

Before the birth of our son, I researched baby swings. And this swing was my choice. But my wife had her own ideas and got a different model by the same company. Talk about dissapointment! The other swing would only swing about half the time and have to constantly get pushed to keep going. Then it came time for my wife to return to work. I wasn't about to put up with a swing that couldn't hold up to rockin my boy to sleep. So out came the credit card; Amazon had MY swing to me in a matter of days. And let me tell you, this swing is amazing! No other baby swing compares! This thing works! Turns fussbuckets into sleeping angels with little effort! Of all the baby swings on the market, this one leaves all the rest behind! A buddy of mine got the same swing and love theirs too.Customer Review: I love this swing

My son is 5 1/2 months old and he STILL loves this swing. The motor noise honestly is not as loud as people are making it seem. If it swings it is going to make noise, but nothing bad.
Also, people who say it dies fast and have to constantly replace the batteries... well, they should probably HOLD their child once in awhile and take care of their child. The swing isn't a baby sitter. It's not meant to be swinging for long periods of time.
A good way to save the battery- If your child falls asleep in the cradle...TURN IT OFF. Once they are rocked to sleep all you have to do is turn it off and they sleep and you save battery juice.
We will keep this for as long as my son fits in it because it's wonderful. We haven't had a single problem with it, ever.
