Customer Review: Great monitor, slow two way.

This monitor has great sound quality. We love that we can talk to our son to let him know we are on our way. He even goes back to sleep sometimes. The light on it is very bright, but we now use it as a night light in his room. We turn ours into a box to cut the light. The only real negative is that it takes longer than expected to get the beep saying that he can hear what we are saying. It's worth the money, since it gets him to go back to sleep on his own.Customer Review: Disappointment - Sony is MUCH better

I received this monitor as a gift with my second child. I also have the comparably priced Sony Baby Call. The Evenflo gets much more interference and the battery doesn't last nearly as long. The Sony is at least a little water resistant. On the Evenflo, the AC adapter spot is open so water (or steam in your bathroom) could easily affect the unit. The Sony is just better and a good long-term investment and doesn't cost any more.Customer Review: Love this monitor

This monitor works great without any static. I only need the lowest setting and I can still hear the cat drinking water nearby. The two -way feature is what we needed since we are upstairs and the kids downstairs. Even though they are two and four it allows me to talk to them when they wake up so most of the time I don't have to stumble down the stairs during the night. I love this monitor. I have had 2 other monitoring systems and both disappointed me. This one is inexpensive & yet it's the best one I've had. Clear sounding..I'm not picking up sounds from the neighborhood. I also love thta it's a two-way, so I can call up to my husband if need be & vice versa. And i can disconnect the receiving monitor to take with me in the yard if i have some work to do. I give this product a 5!!Customer Review: Great for a toddler on a different floor!

I have a 3 year old upstairs and we have a downstairs master. She wakes up in the morning and yells for us to come get her. She doesn't get out of bed or her room. It's great for us to be able to tell her we'll be there in a minute, or to read a book or something so she doesn't increasingly get louder and wake up her sister!!
We really are happy with it. Suits our needs perfectly!
