Customer Review: Love it - going to buy another one

I bought this monitor for my parents cabin. I knew I would be farther away from my three year old when he wakes up from his naps. I can now walkie talkie back to him and let him know I am on the way. He can then talk back freely and I can respond. I used it at home before I brought it up to the cabin full time and was able to FINISH my shower. He woke up and I walkied back, "I'm in the shower. You can get up and play with your toys and I will be right there". I am going to buy another one for home.
I didn't give it a 5 star because I am maxing out the range. I wish it went a little further.

We have owned 3 (or maybe 4) baby monitors and this one by far is the best. The range is better than any of the others we've had and we have a one-floor house that is quite spread out and has thick walls. This is the only one so far that can cover the entire house without it setting off distance alarms. The rechargeable battery means (as long as you remember to keep it plugged in when you're not on the go) that you never have to change another battery - I don't know how many batteries we went through with our other monitors. This one has been super reliable for over a year now.Customer Review: great investment

WE bought this to monitor my ailing grandmother whose room was upstairs. She was getting out of bed in the middle of night and it was not safe for her to be doing this, It was very clear with good reception. We really liked the two way radio feature. If one of us was upstairs caring for my gram, we could just speak if we needed something and whoever was downstairs could respond that they heard us and bring what we needed. Amazon was the only place that I could find this item. I went to 3 other stores and I had to get it on Amazon because it was the only place I could find it.Customer Review: Digital Bliss

After considering several different models of monitors, I selected this model based on consumer reviews & price. We've been very happy with this product from day one. This monitor has been very clear and reliable around our home. Our house is about 2700 sq with 3 stories and we can hear a pin drop in our daughters nursery from any room in our house. We've never picked up any interference or static. Battery life is about 1 day but at night we keep ours plugged in and use it remotely during the day so we've never run out of juice unexpectedly. I bought this as a replacement for another monitor that wore out. This one is very nice because it is two way and much clearer than the old one

- nice visual and audio monitor
- Has a beep that tells you when the two way monitor starts so you don't start talking before
- can use monitors with our without electrical cords as long as the battery is charged
Cons
- sometimes picks up interference from other monitors and phones
