Baby Products Reviews of Evenflo Whisper Connect 900Mhz 2-Way Nursery MonitorCustomer Review: Love it! Summary: 4 StarsThis is my second monitor. I love it because I can talk back to my son, age 2, without me going into his room. This helps especially when I am waiting for my daughter to get off the bus, at the end of our driveway, approx. 400 ft., and he wakes up. The range works great for me. I can get work done outside and hear him clearly.

Customer Review: Great sound quality even with a good distance between the 2 units Summary: 5 StarsBought this for my wife so she could hear baby's cries from anywhere in the house. Didn't expect it would reach the garden outside the house as well. I was definitely suprised how good the sound quality was. It didn't have any problems with the wireless phone and wireless routers inside the house.
In my case. Definitely would recommend this unit to family and friends.
Customer Review: Really "Whisper" connect Summary: 4 StarsThis item has been very good at picking up even the slightest sounds from the crib. The amazing thing is that our "baby end" sits kinda far from the crib, but it still picks up well on the receiver. I also like the level of lights on the receiver to show you if it detects any sound.
Customer Review: Evenflo Monitor Summary: 5 StarsI love this monitor. I have had 2 other monitoring systems and both disappointed me. This one is inexpensive & yet it's the best one I've had. Clear sounding..I'm not picking up sounds from the neighborhood. I also love thta it's a two-way, so I can call up to my husband if need be & vice versa. And i can disconnect the receiving monitor to take with me in the yard if i have some work to do. I give this product a 5!!
Customer Review: So far, so good Summary: 4 StarsSo far we have not encountered any problems with this product. Our daughter sleeps next to us at night so we really only use it for nap times.
PROS:The sound quality is good and there are multiple lights to let you know if the sounds being made are just sleeping sounds or the baby waking up. We haven't had to use the two-way feature yet since our daughter is only 3 months old but I think it will come in handy once she gets a little older. Our batteries have lasted alright so far, but as I said, we only use it for short periods at a time. But both units can be plugged into the wall so battery costs don't get out of control. Another great feature is that the monitoring unit starts to beep when the base unit has been unplugged from the wall.(this will come in handy with older children).
CONS: There is quite a loud feedback when the two units are by each other so I usually have to turn off my monitor when I walk past my daughter's room so that they don't interfere with each other. When the battery starts to run out the monitoring unit starts to make a sound of a train blast which is quite startling. The base unit has to be plugged in, which is sometimes difficult to find an available outlet by where the baby is asleep, but so far we have managed since it has a pretty long cord.
