Customer Review: Feels a little cheap...

We bought this product specifically for the talk-back feature. Not something you find on most monitors, but helpful if you need to respond to a child without traipsing up the stairs. (I love being able to tell our 3 year old to try again to fix her own covers before I come and do it.)
The first one we received lasted about a week then developed an audio short on the parent monitor. We could see the lights as our child talked, but couldn't hear anything. Amazon was great about replacing it. We'll see how long the second one lasts.
Doesn't feel as sturdy or as well constructed as our other monitor (A video model by First Act).

I love this monitor! I have had no problems with interference or static. I plug it in on my bedside at night and carry it around all day and have never had a problem with the battery dying. I have carried it out to the furthest extent of my backyard and out to the mailbox in front and have never exceded the range of this monitor. After 2 years of daily use, the two-way feature no longer works(though my disembodied voice freaked my daughter out anyway) and the volume control is having problems. I have to keep it louder than I like to hear it at all. But after 2yrs I feel like I've gotten my money's worth, and hope to find another one just like it.Customer Review: Great product and excellent customer service!

This is the best monitor I've ever owned. I can hear even the slightest movement as my son shifts or moves around in his crib. I also love the 2-way feature so I can talk to my child when he wakes up crying. This calms him down, knowing that I'm on my way. I had a problem with the monitor where it wouldn't stay charged and it made really loud noises. I called Evenflo's customer service line and they were able to help me figure out what was wrong. It turned out to be a bad battery pack so they are sending me a new one, free of charge. I definitely recommend Evenflo for a great product and excellent customer service!Customer Review: Perfect for Seniors and their Family

As a senior caregiver, I am so happy to have the two way communication. The room monitor is completely hands off, it sends and receives automatically,and can be turned to high volume for those with difficulty hearing. The portable unit allows you to listen and respond to calls. It's amazingly powerful and has an unbelievable range....I walked several houses down the street and I was still in range. I can enjoy the out of doors occasionally and still stay right in touch. This is an outstanding tool for the senior caregiver, and the two way communication is really important to let someone know you care, you are there.Customer Review: BEST MONITOR!

I have used MANY monitors in the past with my children and I have to say that this monitor is the best that I have EVER used! It is quiet with NO static noise or loud beeps! Our bedroom is downstairs and I wanted a monitor that I could use to hear our children upstairs and I didn't want to hear loud "out of range" beeps or static sounds, etc...so I was so surpised that I was able to find what I wanted! It is great, plus I am able to use it as a "walkie-talkie" too (it has a very short delay when you push the talk button - but nothing to complain about)! THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST MONITOR ON THE MARKET!!!!!!!
