Baby Products Reviews of Evenflo Exersaucer Mega CircusCustomer Review: Our daughter loves this thing ... Summary: 4 StarsWe received this as a shower gift, and per the instructions on the box, set it up for our daughter when she was almost four months old. She immediately loved it, although she couldn't do much with the toys at first. She's growing with it, though, and now at 7 months old she thinks that this thing is fantastic.
It did take over an hour and a rather studious review of the instructions to set it up. The seat is easy to remove and goes into the washing machine with no problems and still looks great after many washes. The toys pop right out, too, which makes clean up fairly easy on the play tray as well.
We travel with this thing constantly; it's easy to fold up and down but it still takes up quite a bit of room in the trunk when it's folded. The handle does make it easy to carry, and it's very lightweight.
The circus tent takes 3 small LR 44 batteries, which ran out on us after about 2 1/2 months of use, and they are extraordinarily difficult to change. Other than that, we love it - wish you could buy an extra set of interchangeable toys to keep it more interesting.
Customer Review: There are better products out there.... Summary: 3 StarsWe put this together last week for my 6 month old daughter. She wasn't too impressed with it. We wanted something for her to bounce in the strengthen her legs. It's supposed to bounce, but it is so hard for her to bounce in it since it's all plastic and you have to go in a downward motion to get it to bounce. When you do that, it barely moves. You have to push pretty hard on it to get it to move downward. It's a good activity center and she did like the toys but as a bouncer, it's not very good. The Jumperoo is suspended, so she is able to kick off with her legs and get it going. She really likes that one. So bottom line, if you want a jumper, pass on this product.
Customer Review: Still Entertaining after 1 1/2 years Summary: 4 StarsGreat investment. We first got it when my daughter was still to small to sit in it. But soon just stuffed a couple of pillows around her and she had a blast. Takes a little effort to put together but really not too difficult. I thought is was fun. Folds down for easy storage. Most parts come off for cleaning. We still have it sitting on our porch. We took the seat cloth out and my daught climbes in from underneath and plays with it.
Customer Review: good purchase Summary: 5 StarsMy son was behind in crawling and walking, so we got the circus exersaucer when he was about 7 months or so. He really enjoyed it! The music wasn't too annoying and the bold colors are great for either gender. The only issue we had with my son was that he'd chew on everything - which is another great thing about this toy, the surfaces are like teethers - but he'd pull the toys to his face and when he let go, they'd spring back and smack him in the face. One time he even had a tiny red mark on his temple that turned into a tiny bruise. That didn't bother us, we just payed attention to what happened if he cried. But he hated the horse for a day or two! ha haaa It was nice that this collapsed so we did take it to my in-laws a few times and right now it's stored out of the way. But it is a little hard to collapse and made my husband sweat a few times. And made me mad once or twice. But I'd still buy it knowing that! I also like that the toys were removeable so they could be washed and rotated so my son didn't get bored. I would recommend this and buy it again if I had to.
