Baby Products Reviews of Evenflo Exersaucer Mega CircusCustomer Review: "Base Model" with Disappointing, Too Few Toys Summary: 2 Stars
I received this Exersaucer as a gift and was incredibly disappointed at the quality of the toys on it. My niece and nephew have the castle/fairy tale themed Ultrasaucer and it is loaded with cute and interactive toys. My baby even loves the clear spring covers as they are so colorful! Unfortunately, the Mega Circus model not only too few toys, but the toys are also so much more basic! (I don't expect that my child will use this for too long.) For the cost, I would have expected some more interesting and interactive, not just a few "colorful plastic animals on pegs". There are much better activity centres out there, not much thought looks to have gone into this one and it isn't worth the money. Lastly, not sure if it was just me but I found it very diffucult to fold.
Customer Review: Best value and Great fun!!! Summary: 5 Stars
We ordered this for my 4 month old because he loves to be upright and was getting tired of his bouncy seat with the toy bar.
It was easy to assemble. Took me about 20-30 mn doing it all by myself.
Our son just loves this exersaucer. When we first got it for him, he'd get overstimulated after about 5-10 mn, but now will play 20-30 mn at a time. He's learned how to grab all the toys, use the music box, etc. and it's his favorite thing to do right now.
We had originally wanted to purchase the 3 in 1 saucer that turns into a table, but a gal in my Moms group got one and I noticed that the table wasn't very stable. We purchased this for just under $50 so we think it was a great deal compared to the $100 and up tables.
Customer Review: Good Entertainer for Babies! Summary: 5 Stars
We started using this excersaucer when the baby was 4 1/2 months. He absolutely loves it! He plays in it all the time. I thought this excersaucer was an excellent buy, and it is at a great price. Well worth it, glad I didn't go for the more expensive ones. The more expensive excersaucers could not be any better than this one. No regrets! We love watching our little one playing in his excersaucer.
I was worried about getting the thing together from the other reviews, but my husband went right to it and had the toy together in maybe 30-45 minutes tops! So it really isn't too difficult to put together,if you are pretty good at putting stuff together.
I definately recommend this product. :)
Customer Review: Great toy Summary: 5 Stars
My son absolutely loves this exersaucer. He loves playing with the toys, bouncing up and down in the seat, and turning around. It's great because it has feet that you can flip down to make the exersaucer steady, or you can flip them up if your child is a bit older and can handle the rocking. This is a great toy when you need a few minutes to yourself and can't run after your child. My son can sit in this for half an hour and entertain himself while I get things done. When we moved, we lost one of the springs from the base, but we were able to get a new one from Evenflo for $1. It's a pretty big toy, so surely it will be a pain to store when we're done with it, but overall it was one of the best purchases we've made.
Customer Review: Not all Kids Like It Summary: 2 Stars
We got this for our baby when he was 4 months. Now he's 7 months.
He will sit in it for about 5-10 minutes and then cry non-stop. If you distract him with something else like a toy or TV show he *sometimes* sits in it for 15-20 minutes. So, if I have to do accouning by the computer and he's in it I get about 5 minutes of work done, then he cries a few minutes before I have to take him out - wait 10 minutes - and repeat the process. I've gotten the same results using a rubber/plastic box and a yoga mat. If your baby does not like being confined - mine hates chairs and strollers - then this is for you. If not, I'd consider a big yoga mat and some real toys instead.
