I have read some of the reviews and completely understand what people mean when they say this toy is dangerous...I thought the SAME THING at first, but that was because I was putting it together wrong!!! This toy is a great buy but the instructions are a bit confusing...once it is put together correctly there is nothing dangerous about this toy. I gave this toy 4 stars b/c of the confusing instructions and also it is kind of hard to put the baby in the seat...but definatly a great buy...can't go wrong with this toy!!Customer Review: too big for my skinny baby

My baby loves to jump but this jumper is too big for him. He's 7 months and hasn't figured out how to hold on to the straps like the baby in the picture is doing. (I think the jumper is rated for 4+ months. Also he's relatively thinner than a lot of babies, so he wobbles too much in the seat and sometimes looks as if he might get his neck knocked by the stiff metal bar around the edge of the seat. Wish we had bought one that velcro strapped around his body instead - that way it adjusts to the size of the baby.Customer Review: Great for the price!

I had a hard time finding this in stores and was amazed at how many options I found on Amazon. I think it is great for the price. It was really easy to put together too. About a week after I bought this, I found one at a gently used consignment shop for only $10 and it even had a tray with toys attached and a rubber edging around it so it wouldn't bang the wood. I gave it to grandma, but I wouldn't have minded it for my house.Customer Review: Not good for younger babies

We ordered this for our four month old, because it said it was suitable for that age. But it is actually too big of a space to safely place a baby that young; we had to stuff blankets in all around him so he wouldnt flop and be injured. The sides were also pretty high and his arms didnt' fit over them, even though he is a normal size baby. I would recommend purchasing a more fitted jumper for a baby under one year old.Customer Review: Not for my baby

We bought this for my daughter when she turned 4 months old. At first she loved it. Once she got the hang of how to jump she started smashing her face in the doorway. If your baby is just going to sit there and hang out it's a great product but if your baby wants to jump at all it is not a safe baby product. I can't use it with my daughter because she gets hurt even with me sitting right there with her.
