Customer Review: Not a high chair that can have baby at table to eat with you.

Pros: This high chair is very cute, light weight, portable and easy to assemble.
Cons: My main issue was that when I put it next to our dining table of average table height, the baby is nowhere near table height. I prefer that baby is able to eat with the family not set apart from the rest of us, or below us as was the case with this chair. This is not a chair that can be pulled up to the table without the tray either because of the height difference. I didn't see this mentioned in other reviews but this would have been a deal breaker on purchase for me. I could see the same issues bringing this to a restaurant, having baby be lower than the rest of us. I have always done the hook on seats at home and out (always bringing my own along) and opted to give this a try based on other reviews when one of our hook on seats broke.
Also the tray is very narrow. I am not sure if the tray is BPA free but I would not place food right on the tray to feed from so essentially need a plate the size of a saucer. Baby's drink does not fit on tray with food, so it's either or.
Baby looks a bit squished with the tray on.
The material I felt was a bit thin and seemed uncomfortable for my child. She is 14 months and well within the weight limits.
