Customer Review: It's a great toy for both baby and parents!

Let me explain my statement...it's good for the baby, she can sit up better, has better support, of course, this comes with the age, she is 8 month now and quite tall for her age and extremly active and an intellectually and from the motric point of view very well developed.
It's good for us because it gives us some time for ourselves!
I am not very content though with the base of the cell phone, though made of very soft plastic, it's still a hazard for young children leaning too close to that!
But she loves the cell phone, they all do love mirrors, cell phones and toy car keys!
I don't believe they are detrimental to walking, my daughter is up and almost going, partly because of this toy too!
Even if you support your baby's weight, she or he, depending on the baby;s age will tiptoe, and then gradually learn to use their whole foot!
I would not use it for more than half an hour, one hour the most at a time!
PLaying on the floor, si fun, but they can get very tired in pretty short time, so you've got to entertain their growing brains and stimulate their bodies to grow and develop well!
I highly recommend it to everyone, though, it can sometimes be ovrestimulating for the baby, but we, as adults, can tell by the signs, when it's too much for the baby!
Putting it together, was a breeze, as compared to Kolcraft that was a pain in the neck to put together, plus you can take toys out, does not happen with K. or others!

I don't know anything about their customer service or defective parts, I guess it's your blessing or not to have a good working one or on the contrary!
The K. one had a screw that unscrewed, so we had to take it off and take the toy back to the store, otherwise a good toy, too!

The Good
1. My 5 1/2 month son loves it. He just moves around to each toy.
2. You can add new toys in place of toys that have lost their appeal.
3. It is height adjustable
4. You can fold it up when taking it places.
5. It has tons of sounds, and music.
6. One of very few that has an arch that hangs over babies head that has toys hanging down. Our son loves swatting at them, and each toy when pulled on makes a different sound or plays a different song.
7. There are different modes you can select from so that baby doesn't get board with the toys or functions. Such as music when buttons are pushed, or you can change it to sounds.
8. Has tons of learning everywhere. Letters, numbers, words, colors, sounds, and teaches babies consequences (such as you push a button and a toy pops out).
9. Great colors.
10. Easy to clean seat and toys. The learning pad can be removed to clean underneath and can be removed and attached other places like the tray of a stroller.
11. Our son, his four month old cousin, and 12 month old cousin love it. All three are in it daily and there are no complaints from them, although the year old is learning to walk and he is starting to complain when he is confined whether it is in the saucer or in a lap.
The Bad
1. A pain to put together. I am mechanically inclined and I had a hard time getting this one together.
2. There are two toys attached to the learning pad that cannot be removed to clean, I use a damp warm rag to clean them when they are dirty.
As far as dyes coming off I have not had that problem. My son chews on everything, and there is not a toy that has not been sucked on repeatedly for long periods of time.

I highly recommend this exersaucer. My daughter is 6 months old and she loved it the minute we put her inside. We bought this model because it looked like it would provide many stimulating activities for the baby to do; much more than the other brands and models. I was a bit hesitant to buy it at first because it is a little pricey, but I have learned the hard way not to cheap-out and this toy is definitely worth a little extra money (priced at $99, it only costs $20-40 more than other models that are not nearly as nice). I was very pleased that all of the tray toys are of high quality. The thick cloth seat seems comfortable for my daughter, and it is removeable for laundering. The toys are removable and can be moved around to different places on the tray to give baby a change of scenery. There are butterflies on the leg tops that spin when my daughter shifts her weight...she loves to grab at them. This toy has been a hit with her, and we have not even installed batteries yet to use the musical/educational activities!!!
I have not looked around, but I am hoping that there are interchangeable parts available for this toy so that I can change the activities every week or so. So if you are a designer for this toy, PLEASE listen and make more tray toys! They will definitely sell!
My daughter will be using this play station for a long time...there are several height adjustments and she is using the lowest setting at 6 months (she's 25-26 inches tall).
I have not tried to collapse this toy yet, but apparently you can fold it up for storage or travel.

Yes, it is expensive, but worth it if your child likes to play with toys. If not, then it's a waste of money. I got this because my 4mth always wanted to sit, but could not sit up completely by herself and she loves to play with toys so instead of me holding her up all the time I got her this instead. We of course put a small long pillow around her since she can't sit up completely yet. As for assembly, it took about an hour and I hurt my fingers a couple of time. The base was very hard to put it and I really don't have the muscle strength. You might get a guy to do it, but as a girl I think any woman can do it too. I first saw this at babiesrus and I compared it with the other saucers. This one had the most toys and a variety of toys too. The toys didn't look cheap and crappy like some that I had seen, even from the same manufacture. Remember you don't want to pay a lot for something that has the same types of toys or just 5 toys on it. I do realize that some of the toys won't do much for my child until she is older because she doesn't know how to push buttons yet. I also heard of complaints from other parents about other saucers that their child's hand, finger, etc got caught and they bruised or one of the toy hit them in the eye and bruised them. So I tested for all of that with the toys and it seem safe. No guarantee of course. Summary, so far no problems with the saucer, so I would say it is a good buy and worth the money because it is not only adjustable to height, but collapsable for travel.Customer Review: Could possibly be the best purchase ever!

We decided that it was time to get my almost 4 month old daughter Brynn an exersaucer because she loves to sit up and take her surroundings in. After reading every single review posted on every exersaucer known to man, I was completely confused as to which one to buy. Almost all of them had good things to say, but there were a few negatives as well. We finally decided the best thing to do was to take my daughter to Babies R Us and let her choose which one she liked best. We put her in the Sesame Street one, she liked it. We put in her the circus one, she liked it. Then, we put her in this one and she LOVED it. (Of course she loves the most expensive one)! We made the purchase and took it home. I was so excited to let her play in it, that I sat right down and started to put it together. About an hour later, I had it all set up. It's always a plus to me when a 23 year old girl can put it together all alone! My daughter is able to turn herself around, hit the toys that are not quite in her immediate reach and bounce up and down. I feel bad when it's time to take her out because she cries!!!!! This exersaucer is great because when she gets sick of the toys that come with it, you can buy new ones! Her favorite time of day is when she gets to go in her exersaucer and watch the Red Sox games on tv. Finally, we can all eat dinner in peace because she is so happy in this exersaucer. We love this product and would highly recommend it to anyone!!!
