Description of Ergo Baby Waist Extension
The ERGObaby waist extension extends the circumference of the waist belt of our carrier by 8", from 43" to 51" on our standard model and from 48" to 56" on our Sport carrier . We do not recommend using more than one waist extension.

I finally ordered the Ergo carrier to use with my (then) 7-month-old baby. After having tried a Snugli and a Baby Bjorn, I was excited to try the much hyped about Ergo Baby Carrier. Unfortunately, when I received the carrier and tried it on, I realized that the waist belt was just too short for my plus-size waist. Thankfully, this waist extension exists, and I ordered it right away. The extension gives me that extra length to be able to wear the Ergo comfortably, and so far, it's my favorite baby accessory!
