Customer Review: Absolutely essential for newborn baby

This insert made it possible for us to use the Ergo with our newborn. Because he loves being carried around in this, we use it several times a day. It is warm & comfortable for him. We have seen the older type insert, and this is MUCH better, allows for proper positioning & stability. My one complaint is the strap is so loose, it doesn't stay tightened, which makes it hard to get the baby to stay still in order to be placed in the carrier.
