The Eddie Bauer AutoBooster offers a stylish design with a child's safety, comfort and convenience in mind. The belt-positioning booster design is used forward facing with the vehicle seatbelt and it converts to a backless booster to accommodate your growing child. The 8-position height adjustable headrest is also designed to grow with your child, and is padded with deep sided wings for comfort. The padded, pivoting armrests provide additional comfort and make it easy for your child to get in and out of the booster. There are dual hideaway cup holders that slide out and up to the child to make beverages easy to reach, and the storage pouch is the perfect place to keep electronic devices close at hand. Customer Review: Best Booster out there for us

I, too, did lots of research, and chose this Eddie Bauer booster based on IIHS and Consumer Reports ratings 2 yrs ago. My older son loved it. It was comfortable, the headrests do a fair job of supporting him when he fell asleep, the cupholders after two years still function just fine, and he likes the swiveling armrests which make it easy for him to buckle the seatbelt by himself.
So when my younger son grew out of his toddler seat, I was disappointed that this model was not available. I researched again, and bought an Evenflo Big Kid Sunflier, which seemed to most resemble the Eddie Bauer booster. However it simply does not fit in the backseat of our Subaru Legacy. We have to sort of tilt it to buckle, then slide it back so that it sits smoothly. We decided we couldn't live with that, and are returning the Evenflo seat for a partial refund (since we destroyed the box, etc.), and are very happy to see this one available again on Amazon. It is more expensive than most other boosters, but it will be worth it.
I highly recommend this seat, although would add that if your backseat is roomier than ours, the Evenflo may do as well for you for half the price (at TRU).
