I'm buying this one as a back up for when the one he has now has to be washed. It does say surface wash only but it's been through the wash many times. It does have some wear but still good shape and hopefully with another in rotation they will last longer. He loves the ears :) I don't know why people thought this was an actual blanket, it says "blankie" and has the dimensions. We love Horton!Customer Review: I love it!

The Horton blankie is really wonderful, so soft and cuddly. I got it along with the Horton pop up book which is also wonderful and good quality. The only additional comment on the blankie though is that it is very small, no more than about 20 inches long. The online description really should mention that. I have a new grandson coming & his theme is Dr. Seuss. I have a hard time finding Dr Seuss products at a resonable price. This was at a reasonable price while it was quality made. My daughter-in-law loved it. I know my grandson will too. He will be able to play with it & carry it around for a long time to come. Very well made.Customer Review: A MUST!

My grandson got this as a gift before he was born. Since day 1, he has had it in his hands - whether taking a nap, in the stroller, or just playing around - it's ALWAYS with him. This is tiny but perfect for a baby and toddler to carry around everywhere. Super soft and cuddly and very cute. It washes well, I'm going to have to get another one so I don't have to wash this one only while my little one sleeps!
