I found these bottles this morning (May 17) on babiesrus.ca website for $16.99 - the same company, the same size, in the same 2-pack. Granted, the website says they are "temporarily unavailable online" but I'm going to the store today to see if I can buy them there. I was in stores yesterday and other brands were selling for $18.99 a 2-pack. Obviously consumers are being gouged with this pricing on Amazon and certain companies are taking advantage of worried parents and I'm very suprised that Amazon is a part of this. On April 8th, I purchased this product from Amazon for $12.99 - now one month later Amazon is charging nearly $50! Unbelievable!! Amazon is taking advantage of the latest news regarding the harmful chemicals in plastic baby bottles and now that there is a high demand for glass bottles, they have decided to raise the price to nearly four times what it was a month ago. Mr. Brown bottles are great and now that they have the glass bottles versus the plastic after the bisphenol toxicity finds we were all over it. Some people aren't fans of the parts to this bottle, but they are easy to clean especially with a dishwasher and any dishwasher basket. Handy that they come with the narrow brush to clean the small parts, just try not to lose it! Customer Review: INFLATED PRICES!!!!!

We loved Dr. Brown's plastic bottles, they helped our son who has reflux. However, we switched to glass with the whole BPA scare. As you may have noticed one HORRIBLE person is trying to make a lot of money off you by offering 2 bottles for $[...]. The internal parts of Dr. Browns system do not have BPA and they work on Evenflo glass bottles ([...]). I did have to trim the straw. The Evenflo/Dr. Browns does not work as smoothly as the old plastic but it will get you through until the Dr. Brown's glass are more available. Shame on the private seller shirlspup for inflating prices four times what they should be, playing on parents fear!
