Great bottles. I tried the glass Even Flows and they leaked. I tried the Born Free and they only have them in wide neck and my lactation consultant advised me against their nipples because of their shape.
Finally - I'm so glad to get these glass Dr. Brown's! No leaking. Great anti-gas, anti-reflux benefits of Dr. Brown's. (My first son was diagnosed with reflux and hated eating and then we switched to Dr. Brown's and he had no more problems and didn't need medication.)
I feel safe about warming up formula in these bottles. I don't think I'm overly paranoid about plastics - try drinking warm water that's been in a plastic cup - you can taste the difference.
I don't know what the other reviewers were talking about the ink washing off - mine have withstood washings and no fading at all.

I bought 2 glass Dr Brown's bottles for my 7 weeks-old doughter who was suffering from gas continously. After 2 days of use I felt the difference, no more gas, no more crying, no spit ups unless that of over-eating. I love what the bottle did to my baby. I've been using them for 3 months now, no tear or anything, I am just going to change the nipples to a 3-6 months ones. I don't like the shape nor the 7 oz size but those doesn't matter comparing to how comfortable and happy my daughter is! It really helps alot. It has too may parts to clean though and needs to be cleaned properly with soapy warm water after each use, you can also microwave or boil in soapy water every week or 10 days. It is a little bit pricy for a bottle but it worths the money because you don't need to change them for a long time. Good luck!Customer Review: consider a manufacturer gouge, not amazon!

i challenge any of you to find these dr. brown's glass bottles any where else right now!! they are obsolete....i have looked everywhere! they are NOT available at any babiesrus that i have tried, or anywhere else. i'm guessing, for some reason, there is a problem with the manufacturing side of things...they haven't or aren't making enough of these bottles right now to fill demand. and if they are, then maybe it's dr. brown who is doing the price inflating? nonetheless, amazon should re-consider selling them on their site for the ridiculous price that they are from these few retailers that seem to still have some stock left! my suggestion is that we all *bombard* dr. brown for this issue and see what happens.Customer Review: Good overall

I replaced the old plastic doctor Browns with these a couple of days ago. Got scared over the whole BPH thing. Anyhow I got them home and sterilized them by boiling them for about three minutes as directed. As soon as I took the bottles out of the water I noticed that the label starting rubbing off. The label seems to wear of more and more with each wash. The ounce measuring chart is almost completly rubbed of on one of the bottles. The plastic Dr. Browns label never rubbed off. The should of just etched the label is the glass or something of that nature. Also I wish they were at least 8 oz. I hope they will put out a larger version. Overall my 5 month old son is happy with these bottles.Customer Review: INFLATED PRICES!!!!!

We loved Dr. Brown's plastic bottles, they helped our son who has reflux. However, we switched to glass with the whole BPA scare. As you may have noticed one HORRIBLE person is trying to make a lot of money off you by offering 2 bottles for $[...]. The internal parts of Dr. Browns system do not have BPA and they work on Evenflo glass bottles ([...]). I did have to trim the straw. The Evenflo/Dr. Browns does not work as smoothly as the old plastic but it will get you through until the Dr. Brown's glass are more available. Shame on the private seller shirlspup for inflating prices four times what they should be, playing on parents fear!
