When I saw this mobile I knew it was the one I had to have to add the pink accents to my baby's room. I read reviews in several locations and a lot of them mentionned having the same issue with the product: that when the mobile turns it gets fetched up on the pole that holds it. I chose to order it anyway. A simple solution to fix that issue is to warm up the plastic on the pole just enough (with a hair dryer or something) to make it a bit bendable. Then you can shape the mobile so it will no longer have the plush characters hitting up against it each time around. Now it's perfect!
