Customer Review: Seemingly nice bag

I've been a stay at home Dad for 2.5 years and have gone through 2 or 3 diaper bags. With #2 on the way, I figured it was time to get something serious and I've heard nothing but good things about this bag.
The bag itself seems to be a good one. I've read that some people don't like the cell phone holder but mine fits perfectly.
My complaints about the bag aren't with the manufacturing but with the troubles I had getting one.
Babies R Us supposedly carries Diaper Dude bags but I checked two stores and they didn't have any. I ordered from Amazon via Jolity. I liked the free shipping option but I got the bag a day after ups's estimate. Then when I did open the box, the buckle that holds the strap in together had a bent prong so anything more then 2 ounces of force would open the buckle. Now I have to sent it back after waiting 10 days for it to get here!
Also, the bag was supposed to come with a strap for attaching to the stroller (very nice if you're wandering a mall) but this didn't have it.
Amazon says I can only return the bag and not exchange it for whatever reason. That's fine.
I wound up ordering the same thing from the Diaperdude website. It costs a few bucks more but if you Google "Diaperdude coupon code", you can find a code for 25% off which more than makes up for the shipping charge.
If you're wondering how bright the orange is, it's less bright than a life jacket, but not by too much.
