4 stars may not be fair, 'cause this bag is nice enough that my wife often prefers it to her "perfect" mom diaper bag. I think the outer compartments could be a little better designed considering the standard stuff that goes in them, but the main compartment holds a lot, and that helps make up for the design. It's a hip bag, and it works great.
