Mattress board does not have the holes specified in the instructions that are needed to secure it to the frame. Delta (manufacturer) told me the same as they did the reviewer whose music box broke . . . the part is not in stock. They also said " . . . nor does it seem that in the next couple months they will be coming in." What does that mean exactly? It either is or isn't coming back in stock. I was only told to return it to the store . . . no offer to send me a new bassinet and no assurance that another would be free of this defect. This is after I had told them that this was a gift and that I have no idea where it was purchased. Since JPMA certifies this product, I reported the company to them. They never got back to me so I'm not sure that their certification means anything. It is by no means worth $79.99, even without the defect. The mattress pad reminds me of one for a doll carriage . . . our changing table pad is thicker and sturdier. The music box connector for the wires to the battery pack is crooked and makes the wires fall out of the box. Very cheaply made by a company who does not care.
